As part of our Security & Governance team, you will?support the compliance lifecycle needs of existing public sector clients as well as consult on new projects' information security and compliance needs?You'll provide advisory services to project teams and client personnel to comply with State and Federal agency security requirements as well as the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
You'll report to Glen Woita Vice President, Public Sector Info Sec. & Compliance Officer You'll contribute to the success of the business by:
**During a Typical Day** **You'll** **:**
+ **Documentation Management:**
Prepare, validate, and maintain security documentation such as System Security Plans (SSP), Risk Assessments (RA), Contingency Plans (CP), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), and FIPS categorization.
+ **Security Lifecycle Support:**
Support the security / compliance lifecycle of major control frameworks.
Advise TTEC Public Sector project staff and client stakeholders on addressing security and privacy weaknesses.
+ **Communication and Training:**
Utilize strong analysis, oral and written communication, and change management skills.
Prepare and deliver security and privacy requirements & awareness as it relates to the assessed controls.
+ **Risk Management:**
Identify and mitigate security risks, especially those different from project-level risks.
Collaborate with project teams to manage security assessments and audits.
+ **POA&M Management:**
Identify and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) through remediation & mitigation strategies.
Develop remediation / mitigation action plans in alignment with each "Finding" identified within an Assessment Summary of GAPS.
+ Provide direct support to project teams and client stakeholders in Federal government information security and privacy.
+ Handle and protect sensitive information, including PHI and PII.
+ Prepare comprehensive security documentation and evaluate and document security and privacy controls.
+ Participate in and/or lead security assessments and audits.
+ Utilize experience with NIST 800-53 Rev 4 to Rev 5 (or 800-171) or agency equivalent.
+ Conduct gap analysis to transition to new versions of NIST 800-53 (or 800-171) and MARS-E 2.2 or equivalent.

PCG is hiring a Senior Consultant to manage a public sector state government project while continuing to support building the team and portfolio of projects in our Technology Consulting Practice Area. This Senior consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for State's project leadership, providing expert advice, assistance, and guidance to support a major ERP Migration project and ensuring all project requirements are met. The Sr. Consultant will lead the work with the support of the project team to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services to the ERP migration project. Responsible for leadership and task coordination as well as direct responsibility for the deliverables and work products produced by the team. These deliverables and work products will be completed in accordance with our practice area's overall strategy, approach, and methodology. The consultant ensures all assessments and deliverables are high-quality and comprehensive and provide meaningful insights into the ERP Migration project in all its dimensions. The consultant must be in SC, GA, or NC.
Broad experience in selected industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, education, etc.), technical competencies (e.g., big data, coding, and programming, project management, technical writing, cloud/SaaS services, power platform), and management approaches (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) are required.

  • Coach, mentor, and collaborate with technical subject matter experts and architecture peers to develop architecture that enables and drive new business capabilities and operating models

  • Drive architecture practice process consistency and continuously improve enterprise and portfolio architecture practices for the assigned area

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

  • 10 years of related work experience in Business Analysis, System Design and Development, Systems Engineering, or technical architecture; to include 5 years direct experience working within an Architect role

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

  • Significant business analysis and business architecture experience consisting of business capability modeling, value stream definition and optimization, design thinking, business process optimization and business case development

  • Experience defining and standardizing architecture definition for assigned domain

  • Advanced ability to communicate and present effectively at multiple levels of the organization

  • Ability to define, plan, initiate and lead architecture and teams for assigned area and scope

  • Demonstrate wide understanding of multiple domain areas, with ability to apply practical and pragmatic solutions

  • Self-learner, ability to work independently and direct the learning and work of others

  • Experience handling all of solution types, ranging from organization and process to implementing new system builds, legacy enhancements, commercial-off-the-shelf packages, and Cloud solutions

  • Experience as a senior level architect working on significant enterprise initiatives

  • Previous experience working with enterprise architecture tools

  • Previous experience with SAFe Agile Framework

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practitioner knowledge of business architecture and enterprise architecture development

  • Experience working with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA and/or PCI)

  • Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Administration, Pharmacy Benefit Management, or health care

  • Previous experience working an in Agile/Product Delivery model

  • Strong experience with software development life cycle and project management principles

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education

  • In-depth knowledge of two or more architectural domains (business, data, application, , technology)

  • Formal Business Architecture and/or Enterprise Architecture training and certification

  • Experience modeling Enterprise Architectures with industry standard modeling notation

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Potential pay for this position ranges from $143,000.00 - $243,000.00 based on experience and skills.
