JOB TITLE: Senior Data Analysis

DUTIES: Responsible for creating optimal reporting tools that analyze data in response to new and existing business requirements and requests, performing maintenance and changes on interfaces, and identifying and resolving data discrepancies across multiple business applications. Work directly with the client user community and business analysts to define and document data requirements for data integration and business intelligence applications. Determine and document data mapping rules for movement of medium to high complexity data between applications. Adhere to and promote the use of data administration standards. Support data selection, extraction, mapping and cleansing for corporate applications including data warehouse and data marts. Create and sustain processes, tools, and on-going support structures and processes. Investigate and resolve data issues across platforms and applications including discrepancies of definition, format, and function. Create and populate meta-data into repositories. Create data models including robust data definitions, which may be entity relationship- attribute models, star, or dimensional models. Create data flow diagrams and process models and integrate models across functional areas and platforms. Transition logical models to physical implementation. Employ data mining techniques to achieve data synchronization, redundancy elimination, source identification, data reconciliation, and problem root cause analysis. Work on quality control and audit databases, resolve data problems, and analyze system changes for quality assurance. Apply expertise in data analytics while leveraging knowledge of telecommunications network operations, infrastructure, and data-driven decision-making in telecommunication environments. Utilize an understanding of telecommunications network operations, data management, and network architecture to drive insights and optimize analytics-driven projects. Leverage subject matter expertise in network architecture, voice network protocols, routing, and optimization to ensure seamless and reliable management of high-volume voice traffic across domestic and international markets within AT&T
telecommunication systems. Apply knowledge in data analytics, data management, deep learning, data science, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics by enabling actionable insights from large-scale datasets. Leverage data visualization and modeling tools including Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps, DAX, and Power Query. Apply experience with programming languages including SQL, SSIS/SSRS, Python, and VBA and deep learning frameworks including Palantir. Apply experience with database technologies including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Vertex, Teradata, Informix, and Access Database. Apply knowledge in cloud technologies including Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Snowflake. Integrate advanced technologies into end-to-end solutions.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation applying knowledge in data analytics, data management, deep learning, data science, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics by enabling actionable insights from large-scale datasets; leveraging data visualization and modeling tools including Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps, DAX, and Power Query; applying experience with programming languages including SQL, SSIS/SSRS, Python, and VBA and deep learning frameworks including Palantir; applying experience with database technologies including Oracle,

Basic Qualifications
