At HUB International, the Learning Design Manager leads a team of ~10 learning design and development professionals to create innovative learning experiences that enable successful technology adoption across HUB's 20,000+ employees. **Primary Responsibilities and Activities**

+ Deep expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and adult learning principles.

**Job Summary**
The role of the DT&I Learning and Design Manager is to design, development and evaluation of creative and engaging learning programs that provides a wide variety of development & learning experiences that support initiatives, products, and features of the DT&I team and it's stakeholders. + Maintains existing learning assets in response to product enhancements and evaluative feedback.
