Description Robert Half is recruiting a Legal Research Analyst for a global AmLaw100 law firm client with offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley (as well as two offices in Los Angeles area). This is a law librarian position responsible for doing various database research projects requested by the firm's attorneys, mostly from the corporate and transactional practices. Examples of research projects include online searches to gather data to benchmark certain corporate transactions (M& A, private equity & venture financings, IPOs, etc.), SEC precedents research, annual/quarterly/Section 16 reporting disclosures for public companies, legislation research for corporate advisory and compliance matters, and requests for information concerning prospective clients and market intel for business development. The following are the qualifications for this Legal Research Analyst position: · 3+ years of library research experience, preferably at a mid-sized or large law firm; · Experience supporting corporate law practice is a plus; · Strong online database research skills; · Software proficiency using Intelligize, InfoNgen, and buy-side due diligence software (e.g., DealRoom.net, MergerWare, etc.) is desired, but not required; and · Passion for being a lifelong learner. This is a plum direct-hire opportunity to work with the Legal Research team at a premier international corporate law firm. The Legal Research Analyst works 3 days/week in-office (any office nationwide) and two days/week remotely. It's a 40-hour regular workweek and there is very little evening and no weekend work. **Job Qualifications**
**Education** :
+ **JD or equivalent legal education** , with a strong understanding of U.S. federal tax law.
**Experience:**

Position Summary
The UIC Department of Medicine seeks to hire a two-year postdoctoral research associate to serve as a clinical legal fellow to begin in Spring 2026 or sooner. The associate will provide civil legal services and teach and supervise law student externs in a new medical-legal partnership, Health Education and Advocacy through Law (UI HEAL).
Patients referred by UI Health providers face complex, civil legal needs, many of which negatively impact their health and well-being. UI HEAL seeks to improve the health of patients in Chicago by expanding the patient/family interprofessional health care team to include lawyers, who bring legal interventions to improve patient health and well-being. It achieves this purpose by providing legal services to patients, promoting upstream policy change, and conducting interprofessional trainings for UIC health professions students, medical trainees, attending physicians, and other healthcare providers, and law students.
Description of the Position
UI HEAL is hiring a full-time clinical teaching fellow / postdoctoral research associate for two years beginning in Spring 2026 or sooner. The fellowship is ideal for an attorney interested in serving clients and developing teaching and supervisory abilities in the context of a medical-legal partnership. The fellow will (i) engage in direct legal representation and policy work to advocate for patients with health-harming legal needs, (ii) supervise law and medical students in casework, (iii) share responsibility for designing and conducting interprofessional trainings, (iv) share in the administrative and case handling responsibilities of the medical-legal partnership, and (v) collaborate in seeking future funding for UI HEAL. The fellow will work closely with the UI HEAL Director.

+ Target markets and segmentation

+ Value proposition and offers
+ Packaging
+ Sales Channel and promotion (contests, spiffs or other)
+ Customer and prospect messaging
+ Customer migration planning
+ Competitive analysis and implication assessment
+ Post-release tracking and financial reporting
The Director, LRUS Product Management, GTM, Segment, Market Research has responsibility for financial over-sight and management of product revenues as well as costs. Responsibilities include:
+ Monthly and quarterly review of Sales performance and revenue; and the responsibility to develop and execute course correction plans as needed
+ Reporting and analysis of new product, promotion and product performance

**Job Qualifications**
Education: BS/BA or equivalent required
+ BS/BA in a Business-related field preferred
+ Law Degree or MBA Preferred

**Essential Duties and responsibilities**
The Director, LRUS Product Management, GTM, Segment, Market Research is responsible for customer-centric, strategic planning for all Go-To-Market, Market Research and Segment Management activities.
+ Directs team to provide technical and subject matter support of the sales and marketing organizations for existing products and for new product initiatives.
