The **Solutions Architect** is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our Legal team, including attorneys, paralegals, and General Counsel. This role involves conducting business/technology impact assessments, designing solutions, and ensuring implementation aligns with best practices and organizational guidelines. The Solutions Architect will be the technical point of contact for the Legal team, enhancing their business capabilities through the use of technology.
The Global Solutions Architect will be responsible for the oversight of Legal platforms and related systems. This role involves providing input into overall systems architecture, strategy, and planning. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with Legal partners, various departments (i.e., IT), and outside vendors to develop efficient and effective processes and workflows. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization. Additionally, the role includes delivering data reporting and related analytics, ensuring a high level of data and process integrity, facilitating end-user training, and providing effective and efficient customer service to internal users.

**What You'll Do**
+ Act as a trusted advisor to the Legal team, providing guidance on technology trends, best practices, and emerging solutions.
+ Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with Legal team members and stakeholders.
+ Engage with the Legal team to understand their objectives, requirements, and constraints.
+ Design scalable and secure technology solutions that align with legal regulations, policies, and standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and engineers, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
+ Participate in project planning and provide technical guidance and recommendations.
+ Integrate new solutions with existing systems, databases, and applications.
+ Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology, legal regulations, and industry standards.
+ Provide technical expertise and support to the Legal team, including attorneys, paralegals, and General Counsel.
+ Manage and develop the solution architecture map, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan.
+ Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to review and investigate new solutions.
+ Develop deep knowledge relating to Legal programs, enabling departments to effectively manage complex requests or inquiries.
+ Lead process design and enablement for Legal functions.
+ Oversee data maintenance and integrity for Legal systems.

**What You Bring**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on application and system design.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Execute the strategic roadmap for innovative legal content and technology applications, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI (Gen AI) integration
+ Manage the implementation of AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
+ Collaborate with Product Management to refine use cases that leverage generative AI and LLMs
+ Translate requirements from the Product Management team into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development, QA, and UAT teams

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,430 to $246,870.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
