  • Gather accurate information about each closed-out trailer.
  • Sort out overages, shortages, damage, or mis-loads.
  • Research and provide disposition of findings to shift/account operations manager.
  • Enter each closed-out load into computer system. Compare load slips to system data.
  • Assure load is not overweight and CBM is accurate.
  • Update system to seal each load. Produce bills of lading, manifest and check sheets for each sealed load. Assemble load slips with manifest and bills of lading as required.
  • Maintain hard copy files of all paperwork related to sealed loads and received trailers.
  • Continually update system with current status on each load.
  • Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Primary Responsibility:
Receive, catalogue, stage, and ship NE&TO network equipment to and from the NE&TO Logistics and Staging Facility.

Specific Duties:
Inspection, cataloguing, and visual identification, of network routers, DWDM (dense wave division multiplexing) equipment, optical & ethernet devices, CMTS (cable modem terminating systems) components, servers, storage devices, video equipment, CDV (voice over IP) telephony equipment, associated IRM (installation related material) such as cable, connectors, etc.
Assemble and disassemble modules, power supplies, and processors in Network routers, CMTS devices, and Optical equipment to meet engineering standards.
Complete hardware configuration, pre-staging of server power supplies, drives, and memory to meet engineering standards according to work orders.
Assembly of DWDM/Ethernet/Sonet modules and pluggable components and line cards.
Assemble deployment readiness kits.
Utilize proper ESD handling procedures when working with electronic equipment.
Coordinate closely with Senior Inventory Control and Deployment Engineering on equipment deployment requests.
Assist Staging Lab Engineers in populating Routers, Switches and Servers as needed.
Responsible for the accountability of all assets held in the NE&TO Logistics and Staging Facility inventory and the accuracy of the warehouse database above a 98% level at all times, valued at over $75M.
As instructed, complete accurate and timely receipt of equipment against packing slips and purchase orders.
Operate forklift to load and unload trucks delivering or picking up equipment.
Support with the verification of packing slips for received equipment and the timely submission of packing slips to Business Operations.
Aid with the coordination of asset recoveries of decommissioned equipment to be redeployed.

Experience and Qualifications:
0-1-year experience in shipping/receiving.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, excel and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of network architectures involving access and core-level switch-routers, servers, and cable modem termination systems (CMTSs).
Familiar with equipment interconnections and interoperability.
Basic understanding of handling highly complex electronics (Network equipment).
Understanding of the different standards for interfaces such as Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet over fiber, and Gigabit Ethernet over copper and 10-Gigabit Ethernet.

Position Summary Information

Summary

The ISP Logistics Coordinator supports the purpose, vision, and strategy of Spiritual Life through the facilitation of projects and activities that mobilize students for global missions' engagement through International Service Projects (ISP) by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  1. Coordinate travel arrangements for ISP teams including: lodging, airline tickets, airport shuttles, and in-country transportation.
  2. Assist students with completing international travel requirements for ISP, including obtaining passports, visas, and health requirements.
  3. Manage software system (currently Full Method software) for tracking student, faculty and staff interest and involvement in ISP including but not limited to setting up project pages, building applications, and monitoring participant requirements.
  4. Manage annual ISP fundraisers, such as concessions and blood drives.
  5. Assist the Director and Assistant Director with planning and implementing events related to participant recruitment, interviews, training, and sending.
  6. Assist in building of field budgets for ISP teams and process requisitions for ISP field expenses.
  7. Assist the Director and Assistant Director of Global Service in communication with potential and current ISP participants.
  8. Record Global Service team travel for insurance purposes and submit insurance claims related to losses during ISP.
  9. Coordinate the assembly and distribution of materials and documents for ISP.
  10. Monitor the Global Service e-mail account and update relevant Global Service media accounts.
  11. Assist with after-hours, on-call monitoring of the ISP Emergency phone while teams are on the field.
  12. Provide additional administrative support, as needed, to the Director and Assistant Director of Global Service.
  13. Manage ISP Team updates by editing updates from the field and distributing securely to ISP supporters.


Supervisory Responsibilities

This position could be responsible for assigning work and/or giving direction to part-time Student Workers, in order to complete office work assignments.

Paramount Logistics Inc provides end to-end logistics solution that covers every aspect of the supply chain, including ocean freight, land transportation, warehousing and other value-added services.

We are looking for a warehouse operation clerk with 3PL and/or Fulfillment experience to expand our 3PL division. The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the operation to ensure that our customers inventory is received and managed properly, and their orders are entered, filled and shipped accurately and timely. The qualified candidate needs to identify issues and concerns addressed by customers and apply relevant policies to resolve the issue.

Job Duty:

  • Answering Inquiries: Addressing customer questions about products, services or other related topics.
  • Resolving Issues: Addressing customer complaints, problems, or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Aiming to resolve issues and provide positive experiences to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and any other relevant information.
  • Processing Orders: Taking orders, processing payments, and managing customer accounts.
  • Providing Product Information: Offering detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Communication Order to Warehouse: Please inform warehouse of an order needed in a timely manner.

  • Handling Returns and Exchanges: Assisting customers with returns, exchanges, and other related issues.
  • Referrals: Referring customers to supervisors or specialists when necessary.
  • Following Procedures: Adhering to company guidelines and procedures for customer service interactions.
  • Identifying Customer Needs: Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.

**Job requirements for both Warehouse Worker & Warehouse Associate:**
+ Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
+ Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
+ Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
+ Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
+ Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
+ Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
+ Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
+ Good written and oral communication skills
+ Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
**Additional Job Requirements:**
**Warehouse Worker only:**
+ Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift), and work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable.
+ Work at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine (where applicable).
**Food Distribution Center only:**
+ Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer for majority of shift.

Responsibilities


  • Reporting, communications, data collection for Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and coordination of key initiatives between departments.
  • Update Monthly results for all trackers for all locations; Update KPl's, action plans, results and reward programs; Update monthly requirements such as training, safety and maintenance programs
  • Maintain All other KPI's and assist in analysis of Planning of future KPI's targets, revisions, and calculations

Requirements
  • 5 years of data analysis experience is required
  • Exposure in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, distribution center or alike
  • Strong experience in SQL and PowerBI
  • Advanced Excel function skills required
  • 4+ years experience in a corporate/enterprise setting working with large data sets
  • Must be detailed-oriented and lots of attention to detail
