**Overview**

As a Logistics Management Specialist you'll be making a difference in global security assistance by boosting interoperability with foreign partners and support the warfighter in a meaningful way. **Responsibilities**
The Logistics Management Specialist will be responsible for logistics and acquisition type duties related to FMS cases from cradle to gravefrom initial request of equipment through planning for long-term program life-cycle sustainment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Organizing research of foreign government requirements.
+ Preparing Letters of Acceptance (LOA), identifying material, services, and shipping requirements, and estimating system life cycle costs.
+ Conducting technical reviews and analysis for Letters of Request (LOR).
+ Organizing the research of foreign government requirements.
+ Calculating manpower for FMS cases.
+ Developing unique FMS case notes.
+ Coordinating total package advanced planning for weapon systems and ensuring that Total Package Approach (TPA) sheets are accurate and are utilized in the case development process.
+ Vetting release of FMS country-requested equipment in accordance with technology security and transfer requirements, export controls, disclosure of classified and controlled unclassified information, and system-specific release requirements for sensitive technologies frequently requested by foreign partners.
+ Receiving, processing and tracking requisitions.
+ Forecasting congressional notifications.
+ Developing and implementing logistics program activities including, support for purchases, transfer, and leases of weapon systems, and technical documentation.
+ Coordinating efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel, resolving logistics problems and compiling data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree (preferred)
+ 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience.
+ Experience resolving highly sensitive and complex problems.
+ Ability to prepare and brief senior management.
+ Effective communication with a wide range of groups including internal and external customers and high ranking government officials
+ Highly organized with the ability to see both the details and the big picture.
+ Experience working in different types of database systems.
+ Quality customer service experience; meet customers needs with a dedicated attitude that ensures mission success.
+ Familiarity with various C5ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Systems equipment, such as radios, Night Vision Devices (NVDs), IT equipment, etc. a plus.

LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (EO/IR ):
Bowhead seeks a Logistics Management Specialist I to join our team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane Division (NSWC-Crane). The Logistician provides Life Cycle Logistics support for current Electro-Optic Infrared (EO/IR) projects managed by the Electro-Optic Technology Division (EOTD). The individual will provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the MK 38 Toplite, MK 38 Mod 4 (also known as MK 48 Mod 2) Electro Optic Sight System (EOSS), MK 46 Electro-Optic Sensor (EOS), MK20 EOS, Freedom class LCS Toplite, and independent class Sea Star Safire III systems.
**Responsibilities**
Essential functions will include:
+ Assist in development, maintaining, and preparation of briefings, meeting minutes, and actions
+ Prepare, review, revise, submit, and track acquisition and procurement documentation
+ Perform inventory control tracking in support of product inventory monitoring and Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) regulations, shipping/receiving support, maintenance of records of systems received for repair and new assets received, and assets lost to demilitarization.
+ Responsible for transactions required through Navy ERP and OM&S to include, but not limited to shipping and receiving documentation, preparing and tracking Material Movement documents (DD-1149's, DD-1348's

We are currently seeking a Senior Logistics Management Analyst to support the multiple DOD related programs (examples include but not limited too TPQ-53, Sentinel). In this role the Analyst will support the Depot team assisting the Program Team (e.g. Logistics Program Manager (LPM), Production, etc.) with daily tasking.
In this position, the successful candidate will:
- Assist with preparing and executing requisitions for material to ship to various locations for repair, including internal repairs and vendor repairs.
- Track all items in the repair cycle and provide status as required.
- Perform inventory management through support of daily and weekly cycle counting. This includes stock corrections and updates in the tool of record for programs (e.g., SAP, RepairData) as required.
- Manage A and F condition material.
- Assist with preparing and executing requisitions for material to ship to various locations for the end user.
- Process all customer-required paperwork and labeling for material shipments, including DD1149s.
- Arrange and coordinate material moves through the depot to designated locations using internal material transfers, external shipping systems and documents, and other methods.
- Schedule and arrange government-brokered loads through the Government Portal.
- Schedule and arrange LTL carriers.
- Coordinate materials to be shipped back to the customer.

The Work:
The Logistics Management Analyst Associate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day materials‑control and logistics functions that keep the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) program running smoothly. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring full accountability of all equipment, tools, and material within the program's footprint.
- Coordinating the movement of assets - receiving, shipping, and internal transfers - to support program milestones and operational needs.
- Assisting with both internal and external audits by providing required documentation, traceability data, and corrective‑action reports.
- Placing purchase orders, tracking order status, and managing vendor relationships to secure timely delivery of parts and services.
- Packing, labeling, and shipping equipment to remote test sites, field locations, and customer facilities in compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Managing calibration schedules and maintaining up‑to‑date calibration records for all test and measurement equipment.
- Generating reports on lost, damaged, or excess assets and recommending remedial actions to mitigate future loss.
- Supporting the logistics portion of program reviews and providing data for cost‑analysis, readiness, and performance metrics.
The incumbent will work under the guidance of the Logistics Lead and collaborate closely with engineering, program management, and contracting teams to ensure that logistics processes enable the development, delivery, and sustainment of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) warfare systems critical to national defense.
Physical Demands: This role is physically demanding and requires frequent lifting, moving, and positioning of large, awkward, or high‑value equipment and supplies. Candidates must be able to safely handle these tasks in compliance with Lockheed Martin safety standards.

**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $44,400 - $78,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. We are looking for a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our team and provide on-site support for the B-1 Bomber offensive radar and low observable antenna systems at Dyess Air Force Base. You will become part of Northrop Grumman's Command and Control & Weapons Integration (CWI). CWI provides sustainment support for the US Air Force B-1 and numerous other Government platforms. Our team members complete engineering, reverse engineering, and logistics solution efforts to solve complex obsolescence problems and ensure warfighter supportability.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide direct, on-site technical support for the B-1B Offensive Radar System (ORS)
+ Assist technicians with troubleshooting, fault isolation, and providing corrective maintenance recommendations to the maintainers in the field
+ Support Air Force maintainers with training, mentoring, and hands-on technical guidance
+ Contribute to data reliability by reviewing maintenance documentation, ensuring accuracy for performance metrics
+ Acts as a customer liaison to communicate system issues and coordinate with depot and engineering teams for resolution
+ Develop, coordinate and conduct reliability, maintainability and availability studies and evaluations of engineering design throughout the program life cycle (business capture, development, production, and sustainment)
+ Analyzes aircraft maintenance programs to determine effectiveness and creates written recommendations for increasing efficiency and effectiveness
+ Completes understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standard airframes
+ Research BOMs, engineering parts lists and IPBs to develop a comprehensive database
+ Identify and document critical obsolescence data elements for items that impact longevity of LRUs, SRUs and piece-parts
+ Canvas manufacturers and vendors for obsolescence information related; maintain open, regular communication to ensure proactive obsolescence identification
+ Assess and provide overall health assessment of systems within the overall scope of effort; provide detailed assessments of items impacting systems negatively
+ Perform trade-study analysis for obsolescence resolutions including cost-benefits, lifetime buy benefits, technical data modification effort, system impact, non-recurring engineering effort and complexity factor
+ Identify and define resolution recommendations; grade resolutions based on based on cost-benefit, mission impact and sustainability for life of system
+ Provide preferred resolutions that are thoroughly researched and provide the customer a clear path and a direct comparison to less favorable resolutions
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Must have one of the following:
+ Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with a minimum of 5 years' experience
+ Master's degree in STEM discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience
+ An additional 9 years of direct relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement
+ Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) secret security clearance.
+ Ability to obtain/maintain access to work on-site at Dyess AFB in Abilene, TX
+ Excellent communications skills - work with multiple departments to solve problems.
+ Basic knowledge of JEDMICS, A-TEAM, BLADE, ESCAPE, AVCOM, LDMS, TOAP, WebFLIS, and FEDMALL
+ Working knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs and maintenance parts lists
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Logistics experience with solving DMSMS issues and providing suitable resolutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher).
+ Knowledge of B-1 maintenance/sustainment activity
+ Knowledge of Military Specifications, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and other related technical and contractual documents.
+ Significant experience in military, government, commercial aerospace industry (e.g., aviation/equipment maintenance, aircraft operations, or commercial industrial technology companies)
+ Experience with reading and understanding technical data (e.g., Technical Orders, Engineering Drawings, Parts Lists, Bills of Material, Engineering Specifications, etc.)
+ A working understanding of government aircraft maintenance and supply processes/systems.
+ Extensive experience, thorough understanding, and ability to mine, analyze, sort, and filter, data, and information from Government Supply Chain Legacy Systems (e.g., D035, Stock Control System; D043, Air Force Interchangeability and Substitution System; D200, Requirements Management System; Purchase request processing System (PRPS), Contract Repair Management System (CRMS), and Logistics Installations and Mission Support - Enterprise View (LIMS-EV suite).
+ Extensive experience, thorough understanding, and working knowledge of Depot Supply Chain Management processes, Automated Budget Compilation System (ABCS), management of end item buy and repair requirements, knowledge/experience with shop-process, workflow, and quality assurance requirements related to US Air Force/military supply system processes and procedures
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft products

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,400.00 - $113,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
