Provide leadership to improve the overall effectiveness of the Supply Chain. Leverage electronics engineering knowledge to integrate advanced technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), robotics, and AI-driven automation systems into the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency. Apply engineering principles to design optimized supply chain processes specifically for electronics manufacturing, such as the efficient sourcing, assembly, and distribution of electronic components. Define and govern processes, capabilities, systems and data for the supply chain function aligned to end-to-end value stream performance goals. Utilize operational knowledge of electronics manufacturing practices, analytics, governance, and quality to sponsor large and complex projects within the function. Drive improvement activities within the function to deliver performance objectives of impacted value streams and improve outcomes for customers. Lead the creation of functional maturity goals in collaboration with business leaders, other functional leaders, and end-to-end process owners. Drive advancement within the supply chain function in order to position the company for sustainability and growth.
