Job Description
- Prepare documentation, which may include dock receipts, bills of lading, Shipper's Letter of Instructions (SLI), export declarations, invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Files Shippers Export Declarations (SEDs)
- Documents, reviews, and assessments for accuracy, verifications on country of origin/export, Importer of Record (IOR), and Incoterms, to ensure compliance and federal regulation requirements are achieved
- Provides disposition of freight (i.e., tracking, tracing, routing, dispatching, rate quotations)
- Maintains daily follow-ups on documentation discrepancy issues
- Works collaboratively with all departments to resolve issues related to package deliveries or shipments
- Maintains records of import documents and monitors compliance with export documentation retention
- Follows up with Import Pre-advice from foreign suppliers and forwarders
- Monitors import shipment utilization to reduce freight cost
- Follows up with the warehouse on international order sheets, picked, packed, and shipped
- Follows up with LTL, FTL truck load shipment for all domestic moves
- Works with local Chambers of Commerce and the Chamber certification process
- Monitors and ensures compliance with orders that fall under the US, Canada, and Mexico Free Trade Agreements (FTA)
- Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements
- Complies with safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years' international logistics and import/export experience required
- Proficient with an ERP/MRP or other relevant software
- Knowledge of International Export/Import and Logistics
- Hazmat certified or ability to become certified in a short timeframe
- Working knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and DHL for small packages, quotes, shipping, and processing
- Must have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Collaborative work style and ability to work in a team to achieve goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Well-lighted, heated, and/or air-conditioned indoor production setting with adequate ventilation and moderate noise
- May work with or near moving mechanical equipment
Minimal physical activity, performing non-strenuous daily activities of an office/clerical nature, and working from a sitting or standing position.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crouch
- Must be able to sit for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to ten pounds, with or without assistance

As a Specialist, Logistics in Freight Forwarding at RXO, you will be responsible for providing logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination to the NAT-Global Freight Forwarding operations.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Cargowise system
- Update account managers on problem shipments and what actions have been taken, update receivers and customers on status of loads
- Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that shipments have arrived on time and in good condition
- Take check calls from shippers, ensuring that shipments will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposes
- Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentation
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- 1 year of logistics experience
- General knowledge of the transportation industry
It’d be great if you also have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
- The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
What you will do in this role:
+ Respond to phone calls with a sense of urgency and demonstrating good customer service skills
+ Gather initial information required to open new case/call(s) and prepare clinical information/packet which is to provide to the clinicians for assessment and next steps in advancing patients care.
+ Establish and maintain a high degree of awareness and knowledge of facility medical staff, services and specialized programs.
+ Help to locate available resources and coordinates information to support patient disposition and or admissions to appropriate unit/facility
+ Maintain active inventory of bed availability within the community for non-HCA bed placements and admissions
+ Responsible for accepting, tracking and facilitating hospital transfers and transports telephonically and via computer applications.
+ Provide updates to customers on status of patient case(s), i.e. assessment status and bed placement requests
+ Assist to schedule and prioritize discharge transports and support the Patient Logistics Center by assuring rapid response to requests for services (where applicable)
What qualifications you will need:

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
What you will do in this role:
+ Respond to phone calls with a sense of urgency and demonstrating good customer service skills
+ Gather initial information required to open new case/call(s) and prepare clinical information/packet which is to provide to the clinicians for assessment and next steps in advancing patients care.
+ Establish and maintain a high degree of awareness and knowledge of facility medical staff, services and specialized programs.
+ Help to locate available resources and coordinates information to support patient disposition and or admissions to appropriate unit/facility
+ Maintain active inventory of bed availability within the community for non-HCA bed placements and admissions
+ Responsible for accepting, tracking and facilitating hospital transfers and transports telephonically and via computer applications.
+ Provide updates to customers on status of patient case(s), i.e. assessment status and bed placement requests
+ Assist to schedule and prioritize discharge transports and support the Patient Logistics Center by assuring rapid response to requests for services (where applicable)
What qualifications you will need:
+ Associate degree or higher preferred
+ Prefer experience in a healthcare setting. (Acute Hospital, Outpatient Clinic or Practice etc.)
+ Prefer experience in Behavioral Health (example Behavioral Health Tech)
+ Possess good communication skills, verbal and written.
+ Possess good organization skills and able to act on multiple tasks.
+ Proficient and understands medical terminology
Scheduling Requirements:
+ 12 Hour Shifts - Required
+ Flexibility in scheduling - Required
+ Rotating Weekends - Required
+ Holiday Shifts - Required
