Summary
As a Logistics Support , you are responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and play a key role in representing the Wyld brand. This position is a front-facing role that provides direct support to Wyld's clients and customers. They ensure strong ties with our customers by timely delivering Wyld products, providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships while at accounts, providing clear communication of account-related items to the sales team when in the field, and being a subject matter expert on company background and providing training on product knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Product Delivery and Payment Collection
- Comply with traffic legislation, be conscious of road safety and demonstrate safe driving and other good road safety habits.
- Conduct inspections of vehicle before loading product and departing for deliveries
- Ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process
- Deliver orders following detailed route instructions in state territory
- Unload goods and review deliveries with clients to ensure products meet their needs
- Accurately manage monetary transactions o Transport orders accurately and compliantly
- Brand Ambassador
- Merchandising and relationship building while at accounts
- Attend events, partnerships and promotional opportunities to represent and promote WYLD
- Educate customers, consumers, and budtenders about the brand and products
- Lead budtender educations at dispensaries
- Being knowledgeable on all WYLD products, pricing and nuances
- Execute administrative responsibilities including daily reporting into CRM, mileage and expense reporting submitted weekly, internal logs for vehicle, SWAG checkout, etc.
- Assist Sales Account Managers and other sales staff by providing marketplace feedback, assessing industry trends and communicating clients' needs through appropriate channels.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Logistics Managers and log all feedback and daily tasks into company CRM
- Understand state level regulations and internal policies ensuring proper field execution and internal communication
- May be assigned additional tasks and duties as business needs change.

This role will primarily support data entry tasks related to driver logs, compliance, and Hours of Service regulations, while also handling customer service inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Job Summary

This role includes receipt processing and issuance of received goods, applying identifying information and shipping instructions to containers, liaising with vendors through various communication methods to requisition materials and confirm shipment dates, and coordinating the distribution of materials upon arrival. Additionally, the Senior Logistics Clerk will conduct cycle count inventories, inventory reconciliation, quality and quantity inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and prioritize meeting schedules and customer requirements to ensure satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics operations in the Engineering Test Services Supply Crib, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.

Review inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness of product adjustments.

Verify incoming products and quantities against packing slips.

Log received products into the system and place them in designated storage locations.

Fulfill orders and back orders by picking items from pick tickets and distributing them throughout the site.

Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and electric carts.

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE when handling chemical supplies, gas cylinders, and drums.

Lift up to 35 lbs. independently as required.
Basic Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $17.12 - $24.03 per hour.

Analyze the suitability of maintenance training throughout the system lifecycle.
Decommissioning and Disposal Planning:
Review and recommend changes to system decommissioning plans, redistribution plans, and disposition instructions for SC systems.
Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Education: May possess a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Program Management, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics planning, sustainment, or lifecycle management within a government or military environment.

Requirements
+ High School Diploma with a minimum of 2+ years experience in Logistics, Materials Management or Physical Distribution required.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Working knowledge of warehouse and/or software applications. Oracle Preferred.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving skills; Able to solve problems, make logical decisions to find the root cause and maintain detail-oriented focus to implement resolutions needed to address current issues and minimize future reoccurrence.
+ Strong Math Skills; Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimal equivalents, as well as ratios and percentages.
+ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work assignments based upon service commitment to customers, partners, and business needs.
+ Solid organizational skills; attention to detail a must

The salary range for this position is $17.12 - $24.03 per hour.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.

Job Summary
The Logistics Support role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, supplies, gas cylinders, parts, and assemblies, while establishing and communicating deadlines for deliverables. You will ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and associated rates, maintaining all relevant records. This role includes receipt processing and issuance of received goods, applying identifying information and shipping instructions to containers, liaising with vendors through various communication methods to requisition materials and confirm shipment dates, and coordinating the distribution of materials upon arrival. Additionally, the Senior Logistics Clerk will conduct cycle count inventories, inventory reconciliation, quality and quantity inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and prioritize meeting schedules and customer requirements to ensure satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Manage daily logistics operations in the Engineering Test Services Supply Crib, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
+ Review inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness of product adjustments.
+ Verify incoming products and quantities against packing slips.
+ Log received products into the system and place them in designated storage locations.
+ Fulfill orders and back orders by picking items from pick tickets and distributing them throughout the site.
+ Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and electric carts.
+ Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE when handling chemical supplies, gas cylinders, and drums.
+ Lift up to 35 lbs. independently as required.
Basic Qualifications
+ Must be a US Citizen.
+ High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
+ Must be able to obtain NPMA certification within one year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in stockroom and supply inventory control and management.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Familiar with SAP and eQuip systems.
Salary: $25.50/hr.

Responsibilities include:
+ Perform daily review of all tariff charges incurred by the client.
+ Communicate with client, company managers, and freight brokers as needed.
+ Process approved RMAs that fall under the following categories: price adjustments, credit and rebill, not needed/not used, virtual returns, and quality defects.
+ Distribute weekly quality defect reports for RMA review processing.
+ Review all imports for proper application of all allowable provisions (USMCA, 9802, 9801) to avoid and/or minimize tariff impact.
+ Respond to broker requests for information (e.g. IOR validation, value validation, COO validation, etc.).
+ Complete 98802 forms upon request from brokerage team.
+ Communicate directly with client Logistics Manager and Kelly Services management team as required.
+ Professionally communicate with internal/external customers via phone and email as required.
+ Provide timely follow-up to internal customers and external suppliers as required.
+ Additional duties as assigned.

+ Previous logistics experience.
+ Must be highly organized and be able to work independently.
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
