Job Purpose: Individuals in this role need to have strong communication skills and ability to multitask. We are looking for high energy enthusiastic workers that are confident in decision making. Coordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations and escalate to Account Manager when appropriate. Responsible for continuous Core 30 carrier development at all times.
Core Functions:
- Responsible for covering freight in defined zone and maintaining contact with driver throughout transit, including pick-up and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with key contacts to achieve full customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize coverage accordingly, per freight in the system.
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Participates and provides expertise as a member of the carrier sales department team.
- Responsible for updating Account Manager regarding any possible issues that may arise.
- Initiates required action for response to Account Manager, request for order changes, and communicates to appropriate Manager or Salesperson.
- Important to stay informed of market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature.
- Minimum of 125 phone calls per day.
- Makes telephone calls and occasional in-person visits to build core and dedicated carriers
- Research sourcing of carriers outside of Core 30 Carriers and TMS, through the use of Prosponsive's chosen sources and software
- Responsible for validating a carrier's qualification to our establishment carrier setup procedures prior to utilizing carrier
- Provide back-up to other group members in the with job duties as required
- Answers carrier inquires/ communication as required
- Complete training that is assigned within the deadline
- Required to work until the freight is covered at the request of your Team Lead
- Provides competitive "market" pricing to Account Manager as requested
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on carrier problems, competitive activities and potential of new services

+ Check in all work and cash through window

+ Balance all individual teller sells
+ Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
+ Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
+ Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
+ Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately

The Qualifications You Must Have:

- Utilizes Data Management Platform to analyze, identify, and correct erroneous data.
- Review/analyze incoming master data requests to understand desired outcome, assess appropriate course of action and execute tasks to complete requests
- Develop and execute strategic projects aimed at optimizing supply chain performance through item master cleansing, optimization, and updating, including but not limited to: Recommendations for new item adds or inactivation per purchase history, item changes due to mergers and acquisitions of vendors or product lines, and enrichment of product information in ERP through use of additional item attributes or healthcare regulatory information (UNSPSC,UDI, etc).
- Maintain and update material master data in the ERP system, including product specifications, production information and packaging information
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all ERP modules and databases.
- Processes requests for item master adds or changes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data requirements.
- Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities.
- Monitors local adherence to data governance policies, procedures and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain
Management, Math or a related field and five (5) years related experience; or an equivalent combination
