**Job Description**
-Support the startup and Implementation of the Brazing. Grinding and Laser operation of a new production line in the existing Lincolnton, NC facility.
-During startup, learn first hand the process and to support to develop the local work instructions and standards. This Position will require extended Overseas Travel for training.
-Actively communicate with the related departments (Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.).
-Train and monitor new production associates working on the specified shift and provide timely and effective feedback when required.
-Will be responsible to load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, maintain multiple machines, conduct 5S and aid in trouble-shooting. Responsible to reach the daily targets and escalate in case of deviations.
**Qualifications**
-High School Diploma or GED, Technical or Vocation Schooling a plus.
-3 to 5 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment
-Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word).
-Excellent communication skills - spoken, written, interpersonal
-Ability to learn and understand new processes, machines and technology.
-Flexibility to work in different shifts, overtime
-Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours
-Proper hand dexterity

Job Description:
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in carpentry, woodworking, cabinet making, manufacturing, millwork, CNC milling, or other related fields. Job details may include, but are not limited to:
- Order Fulfillment: Pulling orders, packaging lumber bundles, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operating a forklift to move materials and products around the facility.
- Machine Operations: Operating various machinery, including but not limited to planer, sander, shaper, rip saw, and upcut saw.
- General Labor: Assisting with other tasks as needed around the facility to maintain smooth operations.
- Measurement & Accuracy: Must be able to read a tape measure and work with precise measurements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure quality production and efficient order fulfillment.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime (seasonal) and occasional Saturday half days, as needed.
