**What does a successful Mail Processing Equipment Mechanic do at Fiserv?**
You will join the team at our Stafford, TX location and receive training on how to repair our world class Print Production equipment. You will perform difficult and complex technical maintenance duties. Your role will involve following a preventative maintenance schedule for our production machines and electrical/electronic equipment. At Regions, the Loan Servicing Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Loan Servicing which may include special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and loan operations.
**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Reviews loan documentation for accuracy
+ Completes validation of loan documentation, reports, and/or systems

Monday- Friday 7:00 am- 3:30 pm.

**About the Role**
As a Transaction Processing Associate, you will provide document review and print/mail support to our client. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration.
As a Transaction Processing Associate, you will be responsible for:
+ Providing production services with client operations by performing administrative tasks such as document processing and print/mail processing
+ Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing
+ Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
+ Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
+ Providing great customer service. Receive, sort, print and mail the daily files received
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents and mailed
+ Additional duties as assigned. Handle multiple assignments when needed
+ All other duties as assigned
+ Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will:
+ Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
+ Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
+ Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
+ Have great attention to detail
+ Be organized and can multitask while adapting to changing priorities

About the Role
The individual who fills this position will be responsible for leading, performing and supporting operational tasks within Transaction Processing. providing administrative support by performing analytical tasks related to the processes and standards of the department. This position is responsible for maintaining essential data and documentation.
As a Transaction Processing Associate IV, you will be responsible for:
+ Monitors transactions to ensure compliance with performance standards.
+ Develop and implement key process improvements.
+ Assist in the development of systematic approaches for assuring high-quality services.
+ Partners with operational team leaders, collaborating and calibrating areas of opportunity that have been identified.
+ Assesses associate performance and delivers coaching and feedback based on findings.
+ Assists with development of training, Quality Assurance (QA) processes and process improvement.
+ Interacts with work leaders, supervisors, and managers.
+ Provides feedback and coaching to transaction processing personnel on errors created.
+ Provides support in creating and reviewing documented procedures (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures with operations.
+ Detects, analyzes and reports fraudulent activities.
+ Conceptualizes, develops, and delivers training modules on process knowledge, auditing techniques, and quality tools.
**Requirements**
