Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company
• Responsible for ensuring the customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of customer service
• Scheduling service appointments and answering questions in person and on the telephone
• Consulting customers on their service needs and keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
• Providing the customer with a positive experience
• Ensuring our company's high level of expectations are met, maintained, and exceeded
• Involvement in every aspect of the store operation
• Communicating accurately to teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet our standards and those of our customers

**Job Description**
- E/P/C experience: Engineering and/or Construction (Project Engineer II or III)
- Has had a broad exposure to Engineering, beyond their own degree.
- Nuclear industry experience (coming from other Government experience, but I would accept them coming from Commercial side of Nuclear industry). 6 years or as little as 4 years
- Has fulfilled role of CM specialist driving (the 5 key elements of) CM across the various groups to ensure project execution success.
- Good, solid knowledge of typical software/systems tools used in our industry.
- Known to works outside own boundaries of responsibilities to support other group(s); assisting / guiding them until they take ownership of CM.
- Has spotted issues as they would arise, has communicated and helped resolve them.
- Works independently or as part of team to solve project challenges.
- Can engage / motivate others to focus on change impacts/effects that require CM.
- Has a mindset of working proactively (vs. reactively).
**Basic Job Requirements**
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and seven (7) years of work-related experience; a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

**Other Job Requirements**
- Proof of U.S. citizenship is required

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Has given presentations of the subject of CM to educate others / groups (internal or external).
- Knows Fluor software/systems tools used by Mission Solutions.
- Previous experience assisting the Quality group. Or, Auditor function, reporting on gaps/deficiencies.
- Previous experience working closely with the Document Management group.
- Previous experience with Change Management (PCN / ECN / DCN / FDN) or in Risk Management, resulting in being intimately involved following the impacts of changes across functions and disciplines.
- PMP credential (this would indicate the individual embraces the project wholistically).

**Job Description**
The purpose of this position is to manage a specialty area of the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) function to create and sustain a productive work culture and safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize HSE related problems. These problems include but are not limited to prevention of human injury, environmental degradation and unsafe working conditions/practices. - Assist in the supervision of lower level professionals on HSE activities on large-scale Total Installed Cost (TIC) projects; duties may include the calculation and control of HSE budgets, staffing requirements and schedules; preparation of certification/classification programs and the preparation of the supporting HSE documents; coordination and execution of safety cases and support studies; Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA); Process Hazard Analyses (PHA); Fire Protection Specifications (FPS) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) as required by certification or regulatory entities
- Train and supervise HSE employees and other employees working in the HSE department on a project through knowledge of the Company's HSE standards, programs and goals
- Liaise as necessary between the Company, client and regulatory agencies in order to provide assistance and resolution in regard to audits, remedial actions, worker's compensation claims and other HSE related issues
- Make decisions on engineering/scientific problems and methods relating to HSE using advanced techniques, modifications and extensions of theories, precepts and practices of the particular field, related sciences and disciplines
