Job Description:
IERUS is currently seeking a Configuration Management and Data Management (CM/DM) in Huntsville, AL. The CM/DM position is a full-time position. The individual will support Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Integrated Ground Tests (GTIs), Distributed Ground Tests (GTDs), and Flight Test (FT) events. The CM/DM role is primarily responsible for:
* Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management (CM) and data management (DM) processes and standards in accordance with industry best practices (e.g. MAP Rev C);
* Establish and maintain configuration item (CI) identification, version control, change tracking, and release records;
* Control and distribute engineering documentation including test plans, test procedures, specifications, change notices, and interface control documents;
* Facilitate and document meetings and ensure timely and accurate implementation of engineering changes;
* Oversee the collection, review, storage, and delivery of program data deliverables in compliance with contract requirements (e.g., CDRLs, SDRLs);
* Ensure data traceability, integrity, and accessibility across internal and customer-facing repositories (e.g., SharePoint, DoD SAFE, MDDC);
* Coordinate with engineering, program management, quality, and IT to improve and automate CM/DM processes;
* Provide training and guidance to teams on CM/DM procedures.

* 2+ years of test experience required, preferably with DoD systems;
