As a Cyber Compliance & Business Management - Advisor, you will be supporting leaders who are accountable for preparing, framing and delivering formal cybersecurity responses to internal auditors, regulatory bodies, and auditing firms across the globe. Our team safeguards legal standing, compliance and reputation of Fiserv by addressing the efficacy and quality of corporate processes necessary for timely, correct and trustworthy information gathering which is shared with associates and represented in official communications.
**What you'll do:**
+ Support the leaders that are responsible for internal audit facilitation, external audit response and regulatory response.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand controls.
+ Provide written responses to questions from external auditors and regulators for review.
+ Keep document and response repositories updated.
+ Understand and articulate our Cyber and Tech compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Experience you'll need to have:**
+ 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management or related fields.

• Identify holistic and automated approaches to data promoting technology solutions
• Establish user stories in Jira
• Curates project requirements, functional specifications and detailed designs of business process as well as application solutions
• Work closely with large cross-functional teams to size and prioritize bodies of work, while keeping both the organizational objectives and end user experience top of mind
• Develop solutions to improve and transform data governance processes
• Oversees and provides guidance to Outsourcer for application administration, development, configuration and continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure standards and patterns are being implemented by agile teams to promote collaboration.
• Deploy and support tools to manage organizational data, allowing the business to move quickly while adhering to data standards
• Identify opportunities to expand Data Management services to new areas of the business
