The consumer business development partner management team at Coinbase is focused on maximizing the value that Coinbase generates from its partner relationships. These relationships are critical to the health and growth of Coinbase's largest and most important business. Within the team there are verticals that focus on payments, mobile and growth, and brand partnerships. The role will sit within the payments vertical and work closely with the consumer product group to establish and manage the company's most strategic card issuing partnerships. In some cases, the deals are first-of-a-kind, and we are learning what works, and in others the deal types are more well-established and the team is focused on optimizing and scaling processes. Each vertical team works in support of the shared objectives developed by the product org, overseeing successful launches, driving performance and renegotiating terms for existing deals.
Coinbase is seeking a high performing and dynamic individual to support our consumer partnerships as the Manager, Partner Management. This person will manage Coinbase's strategic card issuing relationships globally.
*What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):*
* Manage Coinbase's existing credit and debit card issuing partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact for all partners while supporting the product team in executing product growth and optimization plans.
* Set and align on shared partnership milestones and KPIs, facilitating approval processes, promotional strategies, and resolving any issues or roadblocks.
* Manage end-to-end partnership execution, from strategy development to implementation, ensuring timely and efficient use of all partnership assets.
* Partner with the marketing team to leverage credit and debit card programs for user acquisition, engagement, and retention, offering strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance data.
* Anticipate challenges, proactively address issues, and drive solutions to ensure smooth partner operations and mitigate any risks that may arise.
* Help identify, assess, and evaluate new card expansion opportunities, conducting a thorough analysis to ensure alignment with Coinbase's business objectives and strategic goals.
*What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):*
* 7+ years of experience managing credit and debit card partnerships, financial services, or relevant experience in the payments industry, including working with financial institutions, payment processors, or card networks.
* Proven track record in managing complex partnerships with a focus on credit and debit card issuing, driving successful program execution and performance optimization.
* Strong experience working with diverse internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, legal, operations) and external partners, ensuring all parties are aligned and goals are met.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to build strong relationships, manage partner expectations, and influence key stakeholders.
* Familiarity with the payments ecosystem, credit card networks, debit issuing, and relevant industry regulations and trends.

Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense? If so, we are hiring an ERP Business Analyst with a focus in the Plan to Sustain Quality management area to help drive our oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program.
The OneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP's S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.
The ERP Business Analyst - Plan to Sustain is responsible for the successful delivery within each phase of the program:
+ Blueprint - detailed design for processes, utilizing best practices and maximizing process harmonization opportunities; evaluation of gaps and making scope decisions.
+ Build - collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of system capabilities.
+ Testing - support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.

The Team
At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services professionals help multinational clients develop programs, processes and digital offerings to manage a global workforce and the compliance obligations arising from global mobility, business travel and remote working. Work you'll do
As Senior Manager of Data Management, within the business-aligned, GES Technology group, you will oversee all aspects of data strategy, governance, and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of our data assets, as well as leveraging data to drive business insights and innovation. You will have the opportunity to partner with a team of experienced product owners, product managers and leaders from other key workstreams in the practice and will be supported by a team of experienced practitioners.
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing data that aligns with business goals and objectives. Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
+ Ensure the efficient and effective management of data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data management team and implement best practices for data management
+ Develop and enforce data security policies to protect sensitive information and comply with legal and regulatory requirements such as GDPR
+ Monitor and assess data security risks and vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate them.
+ Lead the development and implementation of advanced data analytics initiatives to drive business insights and decision-making.
+ Collaborate with all teams in the practice including product management, ITS to align data strategies with business objectives.
+ Train and develop your team of data professionals
Qualifications
Required:
+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week.
+ Bachelor's or Masters degree Computer Science, data science or related field.
+ 8+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or data analytics roles with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
+ 5+ years of leadership experience working with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, across multiple geographies and leading a team of experienced data professionals
+ Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ One of the following accreditations obtained:
+ Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA

Preferred:
+ Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies and governance frameworks.
+ Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
+ Experience with data infrastructure and management tools, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
+ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of data professionals.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams. High-level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language in order to communicate with senior leadership as well as with colleagues and external stakeholders on complex topics.
+ Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to lead discussions and make decisions.
+ Strong execution skills with a track record of success in complex stakeholder environments.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $186,970 to $283,270.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
