Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President, Group Director; a trusted leader who intuitively understands client relationships and brand objectives and possesses a deep passion for engaging the next generation of consumers across both physical and digital channels. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of deepening relationships and driving business growth through creative, practical solutions, including developing engagement strategies, ensuring content quality, and managing scopes, deliverables, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will effortlessly lead a team, providing insightful input and direction while maintaining a 24 / 7, 365 commitment to the strategic vision and agency voice, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of effectively managing resources and fostering collaborative client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of client and key stakeholder relationships with effective management and positioning for growth
- Department and organizational leadership as a manager and mentor of the account team, with ability to resource and develop the team effectively
- Communication with senior leadership about client and team status while proactively finding solutions to issues that may arise
- Direct and have a positive impact on projects, teams and clients by providing direction and vision to follow
- Opportunity to develop best practices and centers of excellence across client services, client verticals, and / or agency products and offerings
- Partner with business development to identify and develop growth and product opportunities for the agency to expand and diversify roster and capabilities
- Maintain a superior relationship with all departments in the agency while understanding the strategic goals of the agency
- Oversee and analyze account and agency financials to optimize performance
- Effective resource management to set teams and projects up for success
Requirements
- 12+ years' experience in advertising and marketing across multiple channels and tactics, for large brands (S&P 500)
- Proven ability to build rapport with senior executive leadership
- Experience managing and mentoring large teams as well as delegating work
- A demonstrated passion for and superb understanding of the translating audience insights, to creative development, to tactical deployment
- Natural leadership abilities
- Uncanny attention to detail
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
- Possesses an eager willingness to grow with the organization

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
Inpatient Case Management provides psychosocial assessments, evaluations, and referrals for adults, and/or families with psychiatric illness, substance abuse, and medical illness. Casework or therapy takes place in the hospital setting.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Care Management, the RN Case Manager provides clinically-based case management to support the delivery of effective and efficient patient care consistent with the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Conditions of Participation. The RN Case Manager will collaborate with other members of the health care team to identify appropriate utilization of resources and to ensure reimbursement. Utilize criteria to confirm medical necessity for admission and continued stay. With the patient, family and health care team, create a post-acute care plan appropriate to the patient's needs and resources and facilitate this transition in concert with that patient's inpatient and post-acute care teams.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BSN preferred
- Current MA RN Licensure
- Current AHA (American Heart Association) or ARC (American Red Cross) BLS Provider Certification required
- Licensure and Certifications:
- Certification in Case Management preferred

The newly announced Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) is seeking an experienced project manager to support the stand-up of the new organization supporting Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, and Investment Management initiatives. In this role, you will report directly to the Investment Management Portfolio Lead and be accountable for the planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation and reporting of projects while using the defined project management (PM) processes and standards. The CFPMO PM process is designed to support the CFPMO’s mission to increase the value impact of change efforts across MassMutual’s corporate functions. As an Investment Management Project Manager, you will execute by following a standardized process for project initiation, planning, execution, and close. Project managers will partner and support project sponsors and portfolio leads in developing required detailed project artifacts tailored to project complexity.
The Team
This portfolio oversees the execution of initiatives across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk and Investment Management as well as defines and owns project management standards across the company. The team is focused on driving and aligning critical programs and projects across our Corporate Functions, creating more visibility into this work, while enabling better prioritization, collaboration, and execution.
The Impact:
As the Investment Management Project Manager, you will:
- Partner with Project Sponsors and Functional Managers to compile Discovery artifacts such as a Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Project Charter, high level Resource Plan, and high-level Milestone Plan to be reviewed to receive Discovery Funding
- Develop and maintain required Detailed Planning artifacts and manage plan execution
- Determine project scope and manage scope execution across multiple large projects or medium to large programs where scope is subject to change, contains high complexity and high degree of risk, large number of resources, and complex organizational change issues that support complex enterprise or strategic corporate goals
- Develop financial forecasts, record cost variance, anticipate and address delivery challenges, and request budget changes if needed following associated Change Request Process
- Develop high-level milestones during Discovery and develop detailed project schedules during Detailed Planning
- Works with a high degree of autonomy to apply industry leading project and program management knowledge to refine the resource plan, develop a RACI Matrix, conduct a Key-Person Risk Assessment, and Third-Party Support Needs Assessment
- Ensure early identification, resolution, and escalation of project risks through maintenance of Risk and Issue Log and project Pre-Mortem activity
- Drives continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility
- Accountable for meeting all business requirements from development through implementation
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and expertise
- 8+ years of project management experience
- 1+ years of experience in project management software including but not limited to MS Project and Jira
The Ideal Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, 5+ within a PMO
- 8+ years of experience leading projects impacting core Investment Management and Capital Market systems and business process.
- Proven success in delivering complex long-term projects on time, within budget, and to scope
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies i.e. Agile or Waterfall
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
