EDUCATION:

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the MIT will maintain an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and leading by example.

The MIT is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to include:

Current valid PA driver's license required. Routine and unscheduled travel required to fulfill responsibilities, i.e. resident programming, transport, and appointments. Must pass post job offer pre-placement physical exam, child abuse criminal background check and initial and subsequent annual T.B. screening.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Individual must be able to meet established specific physical requirements of the job, (lifting; minimum 50 lbs. frequent twisting, squatting, and bending. Assists with resident transfers to and form wheelchairs, beds, toilet facilities, ambulation difficulties and seizures). IN addition, physical requirement related to implement Individual Behavior Plans (IBP's) and crisis intervention are required i.e. physical redirection, restraint and techniques for protection of self and others.
