Our RN-Case Managers conduct in-home nursing visits for our clients. All our clients are former Nuclear Weapon's Workers with chronic/terminal illness due to exposure to toxic substances while working for the Government. The nursing visits are conducted weekly and typically last 1-2 hours per visit. During the visits, the RN-Case Managers do physical assessments including vitals, ensure home safety with medical equipment and supplies, fill weekly medication planners and oversee skilled and non-skilled caregivers providing care in the client's home.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- BSN preferred
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability
- Responsible for functions and accountabilities as contained in the case manager job description
- Provide direct care and case management of assigned clients
- Assist and collaborate with the regional director and other personnel to identify and correct issues and/or improve services.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care provided Participate, coordinate and manage client care conferences as needed.
- Serve as a local on-site clinical resource as needed and provides support to ensure client's home care needs are met.
- Assist and collaborate with staffing coordinators regarding the appropriateness of staffing and scheduling of personnel within scope of practice, competencies, client needs and complexity of home care.
- Adhere to nursing delegation guidelines as described in Agency Scope of Practice policy.
- Ensure adherence to Agency policies.
- Perform other functions as requested by the regional director which may include the following:
- Participate in interviewing, selection, and ongoing evaluation of clinical personnel as requested by the Regional Director
- Personnel training, education, and competency validation
- Review and evaluate clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in all Agency performance improvement initiatives including but not limited to quarterly medical record review
- Collect, document, and submit data on infections, occurrences, complaints and grievances, and performance improvement activities
- Perform and document supervisory visits as indicated to facilitate problem resolution
- Review nurse shift reports for adherence to policy and for opportunities for performance improvement
- Home chart completeness
- Timeliness of staffing cases post referral
- Equipment tracking
- Assist with marketing activities such as visiting with clients or physicians to discuss Agency programs as requested
- The senior case manager, or similarly qualified alternate, shall be available at all times during operating hours and participate in all activities relevant to the professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and the assignment of personnel.

- Assist and collaborate with staffing coordinators regarding the appropriateness of staffing and scheduling of personnel within scope of practice, competencies, client needs and complexity of home care.
- Adhere to nursing delegation guidelines as described in Agency Scope of Practice policy.
- Ensure adherence to Agency policies.
- Perform other functions as requested by the regional director which may include the following:
- Participate in interviewing, selection, and ongoing evaluation of clinical personnel as requested by the Regional Director
- Personnel training, education, and competency validation
- Review and evaluate clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in all Agency performance improvement initiatives including but not limited to quarterly medical record review
- Collect, document, and submit data on infections, occurrences, complaints and grievances, and performance improvement activities
- Perform and document supervisory visits as indicated to facilitate problem resolution
- Review nurse shift reports for adherence to policy and for opportunities for performance improvement
- Home chart completeness
- Timeliness of staffing cases post referral
- Equipment tracking
- Assist with marketing activities such as visiting with clients or physicians to discuss Agency programs as requested
- The senior case manager, or similarly qualified alternate, shall be available at all times during operating hours and participate in all activities relevant to the professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and the assignment of personnel.

Purpose: The Associate Director, Commercialization Excellence Oncology, will be responsible for helping to advance commercial strategy and drive marketing excellence at GCSO, in collaboration with the Oncology Therapeutic Area. The Associate Director will enhance global-regional launch planning and marketing excellence frameworks and capabilities across the J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio, across GCSO functions (Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Data Science, Communications) and with Regional teams.
This is an exciting role for a candidate seeking diverse experiences within the GCSO organization, in Strategic Marketing, and in partnering with Oncology global marketing leads (GMLs) at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
You will be responsible for:
This role will lead critical workstreams, products and tools, such as:
- Partner with priority oncology asset and Global Commercial Teams (GCTs) to advance commercial strategy development across the oncology early development pipeline , leveraging the J&J IM Marketing Excellence framework to lead impactful, inclusive workshops that drive strategic decisions in preparation for launch readiness and regional alignment.
- Support Director in engaging a cross-functional team and leading agency partners to design, validate and operationalize modernized capabilities across the Marketing Excellence model in support of organizational roll-out. Identify internal and external benchmarking to help define best practice for J&J, 2026 Worldwide Strategic Asset Planning process for Oncology in-line assets . Including validation across key stakeholders. Lead early adopters workshops with a select Oncology brand. Build training and resources that can be deployed at scale and seamlessly integrate into the Marketing Excellence & Launch Excellence frameworks.
- Support the 2025 GCSO Innovation Summit in collaboration with the PICS team. Responsibilities will include all meeting planning related activities (venue selection, contracting, agency support, content creation & production support, rehearsal coordination, post meeting survey) as well as hosting weekly project status check-ins with the core team to track progress.
- Support the e the strategic thought partner to increase competitiveness and guide teams through key milestones and deliverables as part of the WWSAP process, including situational assessment and drafting strategic imperatives with cross functional & regional partners to maximize the value of the asset and win for patients.
This role reports to the Director, Commercialization Excellence, GCSO.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:Minimum of BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills: Required:- This position is based in Raritan NJ and requires 3 days per week in office
- At least five (5) years of experience in marketing for Pharmaceutical or Biotech, including prior oncology experience
- Experience with product launches in Pharma or Biotech
- Experience with organizational change and internal communications
- The ability to collaborate reliably with internal partners to identify commonalities, use resources, and achieve goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Education in fields of Business or Scientific subjects preferred
- Experience in commercial strategy development (Value Excellence / Marketing Excellence or another strategic framework for commercial strategy)
- Proven experience working with teams in product development / drug development
- Experience with graphic design, content creation, and platform-specific development.
- Understanding of the drug development process
