Position Summary: This full-time position is essential to the success of the business as it involves project execution. This role is a key role that falls between the Kahler Technical Sales Managers, Engineering and Manufacturing. This person must have excellent project management skills to allow for accurate, on time and on budget projects.

- Create projects in ERP system.
- Create and coordinate change notices when a projects scope is modified.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, schedules, and costs.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings including internal project meetings and customer project conference calls.
- Meet with team members to resolve questions that occur during the project.
- Document and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Prepare and submit project submittals to the customer.
- Submittals include estimated project timeline, MCC approval drawings, control panel approval drawings, point to point field wiring drawings, and as built drawings.
- Ensure that all extra work is authorized in writing by the customer prior to starting additional work and all change order documentation is prepared and executed.
- Prepare project status reports including daily startup reports.
- Communicate with field technicians and customer to determine commissioning status such as Work completed, hours delayed, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of project/site readiness, including Return Material Authorizations, equipment delivery, site preparation, equipment configuration, factory acceptance testing, and startup activities such as checklists and pre-startup meetings with field technicians.
- Conducting post project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- ERP project oversight. Updating ship dates, ensuring project tasks are assigned and completed to allow the project to be billed. Close the project in the ERP system when work is complete.

As a Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the the following requirements:

+ Ensure the safety and well-being of birds. Sanitize and maintain poultry holding tanks and care for birds as required.
+ Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties.

**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 50 pounds, throughout the store.
+ Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jack).
+ Ability to occasionally lift or reach merchandise overhead.
+ Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
+ Ability to move throughout the store for an entire shift.
+ Ability to safely access all areas of the store including selling floor, side lot, stock area, and register area.
+ Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run a store (e.g. dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer, cash register) (forklift and baler requirements do not apply if under the age of 18).
+ Ability to constantly operate store equipment such as computer, cash register, and other store equipment.
+ Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation.
+ Ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members.

**JOB SUMMARY**
The District Sales Manager (DSM) role requires exceptional management of sale performance among Sales Consultants (SCs). This position is responsible for driving a performance culture, coaching and developing the talent of their sales consultants to achieve profitable planned case and GP growth
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants (MAs) within the district.
+ Engages in one-on-one coaching and direction by conducting an average of 3-5 SC work-withs a week.
+ Effectively lead and facilitate Friday district meetings that educate, inspire and ultimately produce key behavior changes to drive sales.
+ Lead and direct Customer Engagement efforts by enabling the district SC to provide Sysco customers with expanded service channel options ( Technology enablers, value added services, and team selling) -
+ Must possess a continuous improvement mentality around technology, sales skills, soft skills and product knowledge
+ Leverages the Sales Support resources and tools to maximize the consultative time of the SC
+ Fully leverages our CRM in the management of SC's sales planning, prospecting, and daily customer engagement and expects productive utilization of Sysco 360 among all SC's.
+ Successfully delivers Sysco brand results and directly manages conversion opportunities within the district.
+ Supports and promotes all national campaigns and promotions

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
