The Roof Observer will maintain a presence at the construction site to ensure and confirm that the roofing contractor is compliant with the contract documents, approved submittals, schedule, and safety procedures. The Roof Observer is responsible for completing daily quality and safety reports among other submittals throughout the week.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain a presence at the construction site and interact daily with roofing contractors and client representatives, coordinating site requirements per job specifications.
+ Take photographs of job-site progress and provide daily documentation and reporting.
+ Ensure the roofing contractor's compliance with the contract documents.
+ Complete and submit daily quality and safety reports.
+ Inform the Interstate Project Manager of quality issues and safety violations by the contractor.
+ Ensure incomplete work is finished prior to the final inspection.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
+ Experience in Roofing Inspection and Quality Control.
+ Ability to coordinate projects efficiently.
+ Minimum of 2 years experience with residential or commercial roofing, including demo, inspection, or shingling.
+ At least 1 year experience using an iPad.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with insurance companies is preferred.
Work Environment
The role is primarily office-based but may require visits to the field to meet with clients.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is open due to an upcoming retirement! The Manufacturing Buyer will create and process purchase orders to provide purchased materials and components, tooling and services to the machining, production and assembly groups of Entrust Manufacturing Technologies, Inc.'s Unisig division. This position will also identify material status and shortages and expedite material and orders to accommodate the changing sales and production schedule utilizing the ERP system. - Identify current production operational needs; study assembly/production trends and recommend applicable improvements; develop new and/or improve current processes.
- Adhere to applicable bargaining unit contract and agreements; lead discussions with the bargaining unit to resolve conflicts; recommend changes for future contracts, and be involved in negotiations.
- Maintain data integrity for all Assembly operations, as required, in the corporate computer system.
- Interview and recommend the selection, promotion, or discharge of employees within assigned staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, and counsel staff members with respect to professional development needs.
- Perform other duties as required.

Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $23.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
2nd Shift 2 pm to 10 pm
$1.50 per hour more for shift differential.
What You'll Do
Batcher:
+ Ability to follow all Safety SOPs and GMP requirements.
+ Primary duties will be batching and staging of raw materials for production.
+ Ability to accurately read and operate a scale.
+ Ability to be authorized as an order picker operator.
+ Adhere to all allergen control and sanitation SOPs. Job will require ability to safely lift/carry 50 lb bags, boxes, totes repeatedly throughout the workday.
+ The right candidate will be able to accurately perform transactions in SAP. Other duties as required.
Qualifications and skills
+ Organizational & excellent communication skills.
+ Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job.
+ Basic computer experience.
+ Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions.
+ Previous manufacturing and blending operation experience preferred.
+ Previous work experience within a food manufacturing and distribution environment preferred.
+ Previous experience with scanners/RF guns preferred.
+ Working Conditions:
+ Food manufacturing plant
+ Warehouse environment
+ Physical Requirements:
+ Ability kneel, bend, squat, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
+ Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments. Environment may be dust filled at times
+ Ability to lift continuously.
+ Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
+ Ability to walk up to 135 feet one way many times a day.
+ Ability to continuously stand/walk up to 12 hours.
+ Ability to climb stairs or ladder.
