We’re looking for a hands-on Bakery Production Supervisor to lead and work alongside our team in our Germantown commissary bakery. This is not an office or purely operational role —you’ll be on the production floor shaping dough, supervising baking, and ensuring every product meets our high standards.

- Baking Expertise: 1+ years of experience in a commissary bakery, large-scale production kitchen, or similar setting. Experience with industrial baking machinery is a plus.
- Bread & Pastry Knowledge: Strong understanding of bread mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking, as well as pastry and culinary fundamentals.
- Artisan Baking Experience: 1+ years of experience in artisan bread baking, French baking, or Viennese preferred
- Comfort with physical work: lifting, bending, and standing for long periods , working in hot and cold environments with loud machinery
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or Associate degree in Baking/Pastry Arts preferred
- Full open availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Performs duties using Universal Precautions safely in the presence of potential bloodborne pathogens (BBP).
- Handles materials stored at 80C and on dry ice safely, ensuring all tasks are performed in compliance with SOPs, training, safety policies, and regulations.

The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: 152,500.00 - 265,000.00.

The Senior Innovation Principal is a pivotal, customer-facing role within Verizon Business Group (VBG), directly impacting our revenue growth and market share.
This position is designed to identify, cultivate, and close significant sales opportunities by leveraging deep vertical industry expertise and a strategic approach to achieving customer business outcomes.
Focused on the Manufacturing OT space, the Innovation Advisor will initiate, drive, and manage the end-to-end innovation strategy for VBG's key enterprise clients, directly influencing their investment in Verizon solutions. A primary responsibility is to engage with C-level and VP-level executives to forge strategic partnerships around Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation initiatives, positioning Verizon as the indispensable technology partner. Thought leadership is the cornerstone of success and revenue generation in this role. Developed through disciplined engagement with Verizon clients, internal teams, our partner ecosystem, and industry thought leaders, the Senior Innovation Principal will proactively shape customer demand and accelerate deal velocity. This role directly supports VBG's business by:
Support and strategic engagement for large VBG opportunities
Business development and new opportunity initiation
Vertical industry engagement
Input for new product development
Internal vertical collaboration and training
Vertical events including speaking roles at industry conferences, webinars and podcasts.
The Senior Innovation Advisor provides guidance and strategic insight to the client on how to solve business problems through integrated Verizon solutions (Network as a Service, Private Wireless & Neutral Host Networks, WLAN, Digital Workplace, Security, IoT, Network and Edge Compute solutions). This role directly works with the core account management teams to create, guide and execute funnel opportunities in the existing, run-rate business as well as strategic advanced solutions.
The Senior Innovation Principal is a key source of vertical industry knowledge and expertise that is to be shared through multiple VBG channels to core account teams and internal stakeholders. This is considered critical force-multiplier work.
Senior Innovation Principals also strengthen Verizon's credibility internally and externally through our executive-level industry thought leaders who leverage deep expertise in client engagements, business development & ecosystem relationships to create a forward-looking approach for Verizon's go-to-market portfolio, which resonates with customers and the overall industry.
The Senior Innovation Principal will operate in a matrix structure and lead a team of deal experts, solution architects, and will work alongside core sales, adoption specialists, and customer service consultants. Those resources could be dedicated or shared across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities:
Drive the strategic growth of our business with Global Enterprise customers in the U.S in the Manufacturing vertical.
Provide guidance and thought leadership to large businesses on how to solve industry challenges and gain an edge through the application of the entire VBG portfolio, alongside cutting-edge ecosystem partners.
Lead teams of solution architects, adoption specialists and deal experts to drive the development of opportunities.
Work in partnership with our Client Partners and Regional Sales Leaders to create, guide, and execute sales opportunities through strategic advanced solutions.
Sell the value of solutions through a highly consultative and forward-thinking approach.
Developing and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
Active participation/Leadership in Industry Affiliation Groups such as National Association of Manufacturers, Manufacturers Alliance and CESMII.

- Verizon Product Development efforts
- Education on the manufacturing industry for relevant VBG teams.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Willingness to travel.
Extensive experience working in the manufacturing vertical. The position requires extensive first-hand knowledge of the following concepts:
-Industry 4.0/Smart Factory
-Purdue Model
-IT Organization vs OT Organization - roles & responsibilities and typical goals
-Onshoring/reshoring/localization of supply chains
-Manufacturing / Industrial Automation
-Manufacturing Supply Chain and Value Streams
-OSHA regulatory oversight
-Digital Twins for virtual process simulations
