This position may be scheduled any day of the week including weekends.
Summary: Performs repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce Pan Dulce of several variety; Cakes of several variety; Prep Savory items; Mix batter; Use Measurements for mass production. Will be responsible to adhere to food safety, quality and legality principles. Must be bilingual - Spanish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Works at different work stations or tasks as production needs require.
-Tasks include Mixer, Divider Operator, Dough Rounder, and Dough molder to define a few.
-Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
