**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician**

**Job Description**
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for producing and packaging various products in line with company policies and procedures. You will follow good manufacturing and documentation practices, adhering to industry standards. Completing all necessary quality paperwork, such as work orders and cleaning logs, and maintaining a safety-first mindset is crucial in this role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Produce and package products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
+ Follow good manufacturing and documentation practices and relevant industry standards.
+ Complete quality paperwork, including work orders and cleaning logs.
+ Adhere to safety and health regulations and promote a safety-first mindset.
+ Ensure organized storage of work in progress with proper lot designation and product status.
+ Maintain cleanliness in the facility and production area.
+ Evaluate and suggest improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas.
+ Perform additional tasks as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production, cleanroom, general labor, machine operation, and general production.
+ Skills in packing, medical assembly, assembly, microscope usage, packaging, inspection, and hand tool use.
+ Experience in machine operating.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Related experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
+ Moderate computer skills and ability to perform general math computations.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.
+ Ability to take initiative to solve open-ended problems.
+ Reasonable level of manual dexterity.
+ Ability to lift/move up to approximately 40 lbs.

+ Product recipe and raw material change qualification testing

+ Test sample preparation

Knowledge and Experience to perform the following test methods:

The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $45,000-$65,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.

Manufacturing is a pillar within Meta's Delivery Team supporting data center construction. We exist to support the predictable delivery of capacity at scale through manufactured solutions.The Manufacturing Team's primary focus is supply chain engagement and optimization. We accept Manufacturing Informed Designed (MID) components and orchestrate their detailing and prototyping to optimum manufacturability then work with our partners in Delivery to plan logistics and integration to avoid challenges in construction.This team is comprised of strategic designers, strategic builders, tactical specialists, plus internal and external subject matter experts (SME) including preconstruction managers, contractors, schedulers, equipment reliability engineers, and sourcing specialists. This position will lead program management of all manufactured components in support of Meta's RPL project. This mega-project is of such scale that it requires a high-performing PM to drive strategic and tactical aspects of first-of-kind prototyping, logistics, and integration. Never before have we relied so heavily on offsite construction; a necessity here to deliver a project of this magnitude on an aggressive timeline. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of this capacity on what will be the largest project in Meta's history and one of a few of the largest data centers in the world.

Maximus is looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III to support our DMCS program under our Department of Education portfolio.

This will be a Limited Service position. You will be hired on a contingency basis with limited time of service.

The Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III will provide quality control reviews for functions supporting the Debt Management Collection Services (DMCS) program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Follow procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types which focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Provide feedback on call monitoring results.
- Evaluate recorded and/or transcribed interactions of a complex nature between the caller/chatter/correspondent and the worker, and provide appropriate context of ratings.

Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate correspondence and phone activities and complete scorecards to assess each item according to guidance provided and provide a constructive assessment.

- Maintain and update databases, score cards, reports, and documents with high degree of accuracy.

- Identify accounts requiring escalation, escalating immediately if warranted.

- Utilize the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks.

- Preform administrative functions that support the process of reports and appeals.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to student financial aid.

- Maintain current understanding of the processing procedures.

- Utilize available systems, knowledge-base and standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to respond to inquiries and perform job duties.

- Identify trends in the information provided by agents to identify areas of improvement and areas that might require additional training.

- Organize, lead, or participate in calibration meetings including the selection of topics to be evaluated and discussed,

- Assist with new hire presentations, assignments, and certifications.

- Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information.

- May perform other functions as requested by management within scope of level or occasional support of lower-level functions as business/volume need require

Additional Requirements as per contract/client:

- Department of Education and Student Loan experience preferred

- Quality Assurance experience required

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Must reside in the U.S.

- Must be a U.S. citizen.

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

- Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans.
