In this key role, you will provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program - from initial concept through final assembly. This will involve the application of lean manufacturing principles to ensure the highest quality, most efficient processes and products possible. You will:
+ Provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program, beginning at initial concept through launch at the final assembly facility.
+ Development of tooling and facilities based on product and process.
+ Apply lean manufacturing principles.
+ Lead virtual manufacturing assembly builds.
+ Drive resolution of manufacturing issues.
+ Interface with Design and Release activities.

Job Summary: The TMC Enterprise Architect will own the execution the IT strategy and roadmap that supports the enterprise vision and mission. This role works cross-functionally to drive technical change and cultural transition by automating processes intended to deploy our Factory of the Future.
Job Details:
1. Own and implement a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with the organization’s prioritized business objectives and includes plans for existing and future IT solutions that deliver value realization.
2. Facilitate cross-functional roadmap review meetings to ensure changes in business prioritization are accurately reflected and roadmap stage gates and milestones are compatible with other business and IT objectives.
3. Establish and enforce enterprise-wide IT standards to promote the correct and consistent use of technologies within the organization.
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with IT investments.
5. Analyze requirements, develop designs and production migration procedures and oversee the implementation of business applications and services.
6. Create a comprehensive plan and structured approach to implement end-to-end factory automation including machine integration that minimizes the number of Operator keystrokes and resulting human errors and increases throughput while ensuring electronic Device History Records (eDHR) meet quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

- Associate Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or technician role.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and control systems is preferred.
- Proficient with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Soldering and Welding is preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities, however, may require occasionally taking charge of a specific project. Also, may be asked to train operators for any new procedures in assembly or test.

• Manage and optimize SAP Material Master data, ensuring accurate integration with manufacturing, purchasing, and production planning.
• Execute material processes for data maintenance in SAP, including product data cleansing.
• Perform complex data entry in SAP and other systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in related technical field.
• Chemical industry experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with SAP
• Basic understanding of SAP GUI Scripting and mass load tools like MM17, LSMW, MMCOPY
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both local language and English language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as internet research tools

As a Production Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. Shift: Nights 6:45 pm - 7 am
- Standard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
- 2 long-weekends per month
- Full time is 15 working days per month
- Earn $2 an hour
- 1.00 for night shift

- Operate extrusion, injection or blow-molding machines & equipment.
- Monitor machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure).
- Complete basic machine maintenance.
- Check visual quality checks and complete corresponding data entry in SAP

- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a high-volume production environment.
