**Essential Duties/Responsibilities** :
+ Respond to daily, monthly and annual metrics to work with the local Value Stream Manager to analyze effectiveness and recommend improvements to present machinery operations, tool designs, production methods and machine control to improve process capability. (Increased safety, lower scrap, higher productivity, etc.)
+ Identify and solve problems in the value stream by collaborating with cross functional groups to investigate Safety and Quality issues. Leads the identification of the root cause, formulation of corrective and preventive action to solve issue. Preventive actions may include revising policies and procedures, increase in preventive maintenance, equipment re-design and or changes in measurement systems.
+ Capital Expense: Lead the execution implementation of capital expense projects from quote to IQOQPQ with minimal guidance. Participate in annual budgeting process and execute emergency capital expense.
+ Create documentation to facilitate implementation of automated processes, commercialized incremental and new product and new equipment during the transition to production with guidance. This work may collaborate with Developmental Engineering and the Automation Group. Be able to lead automation projects and or recommend areas for automation in the value stream.
+ Lead initiatives to improve total preventative maintenance, ensuring critical equipment is understood and the risk of unplanned downtime is minimized or mitigated.
+ Maintain an increased awareness of customer and industry technical requirements and basic business acumen regarding the business impact of technical decisions. This includes the strategies of the local and global Enterprise Value Stream. Work cross functionally with on-site groups as well as global elements of the value stream including Developmental Engineering. In depth knowledge of the materials and the equipment in the value stream including new product development is expected.
+ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations of the industry served by the value stream. Be a role model in demonstrating compliance and exhibiting and rewarding behaviors that comply with SQDC metrics.
+ Continue to develop professional skills in Continuous Improvement including Lean Practitioner and/or Lean Six Sigma Programs and value stream events. LSS Green Belt and or some level of Lean Practitioner training is desired in this role.
**Required Minimum Qualifications**
**Education/Certifications:** BS Degree, Engineering Discipline; Preference given to candidates with Lean/Six Sigma certifications
**Skills and Experience:**
+ 3-6 years relevant engineering experience
+ Working knowledge of Intermediate Lean Manufacturing tools and practical experience applying lean standards in a manufacturing environment required
+ Understanding and use of SPC and ability to analyze data.
+ Demonstrated experience leveraging Process Mapping, PFMEA, Process Design, DFM (Cpk, Ppk) and/or DMAIC tools in projects or on their own.
+ Knowledge of materials through experience or education

- Performs Epitaxial growth and related technological processes in accordance with instructions from the engineering team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to prepare lot travelers, inspect substrates prior to use, prepare SiC substrates for epi growth, operate reactors and characterization tools, unload wafers (cassettes) on reactors and characterization tools, wafer inspections, enter observations and process records into Database.
- Monitors and adjusts temperature, time, gas flow, power and other process parameters working with engineering. Maintains accurate records of process parameters.
- Supports the development and evolution of operating procedures.
- Supports engineering in other areas such as wafer cleaning and characterization as needed.
- Participates in FMEA activities.
- Participates in troubleshooting of Epitaxial growth equipment when malfunctions occur and perform maintenance on and/or replace Epi growth chamber components.
- Keep epi reactor and characterization areas clean. Actively participates in housekeeping initiatives.
- Follows all health, safety, environmental, ergonomic, and clean room requirements, regulations, and procedures.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma with 3 years experiences in related technical field.
- Experience in Epi and or Characterization preferred.
- Experience in testing and data analysis, process improvement and equipment maintenance preferred.
- Computer literate. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet.
Skills
- Must be technically inclined with good written, attention to details and mechanical skills.
- Must be well organized and able to perform several tasks in parallel.
- Must be computer-literate to operate computer-controlled equipment and make data entry.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Applications Developer to join our global Information Systems team. This is a key technical role responsible for supporting, enhancing, and expanding the functionality of our Oracle E-Business Suite environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Financials, Supply Chain and bring strong PL/SQL development capabilities alongside effective collaboration and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and ongoing improvements to existing standard and custom Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
- Support and execute new software releases, ensuring compatibility and integrity of existing systems.
- Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements and new functionalities within Oracle EBS.
- Build and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI tools including XML Publisher and Discoverer.
- Create and manage concurrent programs and alert notifications.
- Conduct on-demand data extracts for business and management teams; manage data loads from external sources via Oracle APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues and application bugs.
- Collaborate closely with IS leads, developers, DBAs, and business users to align solutions with business requirements.
- Contribute to technical planning for patches, upgrades, and software deployments.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite , including Financials, Supply Chain, and Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) data flow and the APIs.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL development and Oracle Applications architecture.
- Experience in Oracle coding/development standards and writing application documentation.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Forms
- XML Publisher
- Concurrent Programs
- BI reports and Discoverer
- Oracle Form Personalization
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Clear, timely, and proactive communication.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

- Flexible, adaptive, and eager to learn new technologies and methods.
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a closely related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Oracle Applications Developer or similar technical role.
- Experience with Oracle APEX and Shell scripting .
