**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing planning or supply chain, with at least 4 years in direct people management.
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing and managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
+ Proven history of success in managing manufacturing planning or supply chain operations in a complex, fast-paced environment.
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
+ Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Power BI, Microsoft).
+ Certification in APICS, CPIM is a plus.
**Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:**

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary range estimated for this position based in Kansas is $93,800.00-$140,675.00.
