The Manufacturing Supervisor will coach Safety, Quality, and Productivity, ensuring objectives are met through standardized work. This role involves monitoring Andon occurrences and being the first responder as secondary support. Through Process Confirmation, you will verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts. You will support Continuous Improvement and coach problem resolution to the lowest level of the organization. Communication and recognition are key aspects of this role, as well as building Team Leader and Team Member capability. You will create a conducive work environment for the team to complete their assigned responsibilities and tasks. Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents is expected, alongside optimizing throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives. **Key Areas of Responsibility:**
+ Review gate safety and reliability assessments in advance

**What you'll do.**
+ Lead manufacturing engineering teams in the design, development, and launch of joint venture battery cell manufacturing systems.
+ Manage a team of BME engineers to deliver department objectives, resource management, departments financials, and team's skill development.
+ Support executive report outs and presentations.
+ Collaborate closely with strategic technology partner SK and a wide network of equipment OEMs to meet program timing, process execution, and technical knowledge.

+ Align system design and implementation with capital investment plans and program timing to ensure scalable and timely execution.

Our Team
Georgia-Pacific in Bowling Green has been proudly making Dixie® paper plates and bowls since 1993. Work-life balance is critically important for our Bowling Green team. That is why our team members are hourly non-exempt and work an attractive 12- hour schedule. They work 36 hours one week and get paid for 40 hours. The following week they work 48 hours and are paid for 8 hours of overtime! All team members have the opportunity to learn new skills and advance in their positions.
Night shift is 6:30pm-7:00am
Pay rate is $23.11 per hour + $2 per hour shift differential for the NIGHT SHIFT
What You Will Do
- Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
- Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems
- Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
- Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
- Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
- Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
- Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment
- Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment
- Occasionally lifting boxes that weigh 60-80lbs to shoulder height
- Work with changeovers and setting up equipment
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environment OR completion of post high school education in a manufacturing/industrial centered program
- A minimum of (6) months of experience operating and maintaining machines
- High school diploma or GED

This will be a Limited Service position. You will be hired on a contingency basis with limited time of service.
The Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III will provide quality control reviews for functions supporting the Debt Management Collection Services (DMCS) program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Follow procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types which focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Provide feedback on call monitoring results.
- Evaluate recorded and/or transcribed interactions of a complex nature between the caller/chatter/correspondent and the worker, and provide appropriate context of ratings.
Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate correspondence and phone activities and complete scorecards to assess each item according to guidance provided and provide a constructive assessment.
- Maintain and update databases, score cards, reports, and documents with high degree of accuracy.
- Identify accounts requiring escalation, escalating immediately if warranted.
- Utilize the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks.
- Preform administrative functions that support the process of reports and appeals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to student financial aid.
- Maintain current understanding of the processing procedures.
- Utilize available systems, knowledge-base and standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to respond to inquiries and perform job duties.

Additional Requirements as per contract/client:
