Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment

  • Willing to work 2nd shift, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in functional testing

  • 3+ years of experience with Aircraft Flight Line and/or Final Assembly Management

  • 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams

  • 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
