As a Manufacturing Manager, you will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have experience, knowledge and a background in airplane systems with in-depth knowledge of functional testing.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
Willing to work 2nd shift, including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in functional testing
3+ years of experience with Aircraft Flight Line and/or Final Assembly Management
3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams
1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
