Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges).
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Ability to identify and document defects accurately.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and Executing HR Strategies - This role contributes to the development of HR Strategy, is accountable for implementing plans that elevate the talent capability of the supported organizations, and improves organizational results by measuring and assessing performance, effectively diagnosing root cause and implementing innovative solutions.
