Pay Range:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $2 - 24 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. The schedule:

Your Responsibilities:

As a member of the FUCHS Smart Services (FSS) team, you will be part of a driven community focused on delivering world-class solutions that help propel our customers forward. The FUCHS Smart Services Technician III is responsible for the care and maintenance of our clients' industrial fluids, including coolants, washes, and other fluids, across four customer bases in North Carolina. Your primary activities will involve sampling & testing fluids, managing inventory, & maintaining fluid-related systems and equipment.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collect samples from industrial fluid systems and perform laboratory testing, making corrections based on results


  • Operate and perform routine preventive maintenance on lubrication and fluid decantation systems, including filter changes and system cleanings


  • Check and record system fluid levels, maintaining the proper fluid level on each system


  • Input data daily and generate performance reports.


  • Conduct daily product inventory audits to ensure adequate supply chain requirements


  • Handle materials, operate lift trucks, and move drums and totes


  • Follow procedures and adhere to all customer and safety requirements


  • Participate in daily communication meetings with site manager and other technicians, and communicate effectively


  • Review daily compliance reporting and work with other onsite technicians


Travel

  • This role requires daily travel within a 2-hour radius to support service requirements


Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Previous work experience working in manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing preferred.


  • Prior experience leading a team is desired


  • Standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily.


  • Computer knowledge and the ability to navigate the internet and email

**Job Description**
This position is responsible for advancing U.S Bank's position as an industry leader with Manufacturing and Wholesale Trade companies with annual revenues $2.5-25MM. The successful candidate will focus on impactful internal and external initiatives to increase industry awareness, advance the bank's market position and value proposition, and drive growth through customer-centricity.
The Industry Specialist establishes new opportunities and strengthens existing industry partnerships (national centers of influence, original equipment manufacturers, trade organizations, etc.) to build a robust event calendar and sponsorship plan. They will work closely with Relationship Management and other internal teams on in-market initiatives and planning to drive acquisition and deepen customer relationships. The specialist will also support in-market presence with select high-opportunity customers as an industry subject matter expert. Additionally, they will provide thought-leadership to marketing planning and bring market-facing input to strategy and go-to-market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Responsible for forming new and maximizing existing industry distribution partnerships (COIs, Trade Organizations, etc.)
+ Works across business lines and product partners to package solutions for the industry.
+ Ensures the consistent and successful implementation of in-market initiatives and communications at the market level.
+ Works across marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure our bankers have the necessary industry expertise and marketing for success.
