WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This role is responsible for tooling and factory transition execution for the F-35 FACO, Fabrication, and Finishes build areas. This role will support both domestic and international FACO tooling projects.
- Ensure tools and equipment are specified, scoped, and built to meet engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- Responsible for developing robust Statements of Work (SOWs) when contracting suppliers to execute work supporting our programs.
- Required to work with Procurement and vendors to have the tools and equipment delivered in time to support contract milestones.
- Engage with Tool Design, Planning, Procurement, Facilities, ESH, and Tooling Vendors/Fabrication suppliers to successfully manage the F-35 tooling and equipment portfolio.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Experience with GD&T Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing practices and principles.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or technical certification in Quality Control, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision machining or fabrication.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications (including GD&T - Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Expertise in using a wide range of manual and automated measuring instruments.
  • Experience with CMM operation and programming is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
  • Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC) principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Essential Functions of the Job: Business Partnering - Contribute to and implement HR (aka Org Effectiveness, Talent & Culture) strategy for assigned clients to achieve business objectives and drive employee engagement. Coach and guide managers / leadership to increase their effectiveness as leaders, providing direct, transparent, and timely feedback and coaching. Provide insights and trends to leadership as well as solutions and strategy ideas to solve problems. Ensure execution of / personally facilitate talent / team development sessions, performance calibrations, talent reviews, compensation review, employee relations, and talent acquisition support / onboarding for key roles. The **Manufacturing Operations Analyst** functions as the focal point for program coordination and control.
**What you'll be doing as a Manufacturing Operations Analyst**
Direct the development of program and operating schedule to support end item deliverable to customer.
Provide the highest quality product or service that meets the needs of internal and external customers.
Responsible for identifying and coordinating actions to correct out of balance conditions between Supply and Demand.
Provide accurate visibility of program status in relation to plan and schedule.
Coordinate with cross COEs for allocation requests and MRP support.
Recognize supplier and production delays; develop solutions to maintain on-time delivery to customer.
Focus on customer relationship and meeting expectations.
Prepare and deliver oral and visual presentations.
Continuously drives improvement of critical metrics: aging orders, delivery performance, reduced lead times, cost, safety and product throughput.
**Qualifications**
**What you need to be successful**
Bachelor's Degree required.
2 years' experience in Materials Requirement Planning.
Repair & Overhaul experience preferred.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to use SAP, CAMS, Enovia, BedVue, and iMRO.
Strong MS Office skills required, especially Excel
