**Overview**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our Maintenance and Engineering team. This role will focus on driving process improvements, supporting production operations, and contributing to engineering projects that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in our instant ticket printing and finishing processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D to support new product introductions and process changes.
+ Analyze production data and equipment performance to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
+ Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues, working closely with maintenance technicians and operators.
+ Lead or support capital improvement projects, including equipment upgrades, layout changes, and automation initiatives.
+ Develop and maintain documentation such as process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

The estimated starting compensation range is _$40,887 - $115,000_ . The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. ROLE SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Technician II supports, measures, and guides daily and weekly manufacturing operations through the conversion of raw materials into finished products at a medical cannabis facility. The Manufacturing Tech II ensures the production schedule and facility compliance in their assigned manufacturing area. Activities may span the entire manufacturing cycle of cannabis products, from botanical preparation to final product packaging. The ideal candidate will excel as a team leader with expertise in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing and solid attention to detail. The role demands heavy amounts of documentation, supervising personnel, and time management. Duties are completed individually and in small teams, under the indirect supervision of Manufacturing Tech IIIs and Supervisors. The position is structured around a required training program and expected function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

**Objectives/Purpose of Job:**
Coordinates the production activities for filling lines, packaging lines, sterilization preparation, and compounding. Receives directions from the area manager on the production plan and daily schedule. Place customer service and accountability to the customer as the constant goal. **Filling**
Coordinates the operation of aseptic filling equipment including ointment fillers, gel fillers, solution/suspension fillers, RABS, line and equipment cleaning, line clearance, equipment disinfection, and proper documentation practices.
**Packaging**
Coordinates the operation of packaging equipment including manual case labeling, visual inspections, bundling, cartoning, labeling, banding, line and equipment cleaning, line clearances, serialization, and proper documentation practices.
**Aseptic Prep**
Coordinates the operation of sterilization equipment including autoclave, dry heat oven, and skids. Schedules equipment and area disinfection and assures proper documentation practices.
**Compounding**
Coordinates the operation of bulk compounding equipment including nonsterile and sterile kettles, ball mill, and slurry vessels. Schedules area and equipment cleaning/disinfection and proper documentation practices.
**Key Activities/Responsibilities:**
1. Maintains production area to prevent cross-contamination (line/area clearance).
2. Assigns tasks for manufacturing operations and support associates.
3. Supervise, develop, provide feedback, and coach employees.
4. Complete performance reviews as scheduled.
5. Performs and assists employees with time keeping transactions.
6. Coordinates the turnaround, set-up, and changeover of manufacturing equipment.
7. Verifies component readiness, reject verification, and product returns.
8. Review weekly production schedule and work with the Planning department on capacity and scheduling issues.

Maximus is looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III to support our DMCS program under our Department of Education portfolio.
This will be a Limited Service position. You will be hired on a contingency basis with limited time of service.
The Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III will provide quality control reviews for functions supporting the Debt Management Collection Services (DMCS) program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Follow procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types which focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Provide feedback on call monitoring results.
- Evaluate recorded and/or transcribed interactions of a complex nature between the caller/chatter/correspondent and the worker, and provide appropriate context of ratings.
Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate correspondence and phone activities and complete scorecards to assess each item according to guidance provided and provide a constructive assessment.
- Maintain and update databases, score cards, reports, and documents with high degree of accuracy.
- Identify accounts requiring escalation, escalating immediately if warranted.
- Utilize the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks.
- Preform administrative functions that support the process of reports and appeals.
