- Create Work instructions

• Projects - assist on continual improvement projects to support the Company.
- Workplace Organization - to ensure the smooth flow of information throughout ATD.
Minimum Education
• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's degree in business or Engineering
Technical Skills
• Minimum of two years' previous Customer Service with data entry and use of MRP/ERP preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organization - ability to comprehend and envision how processes, people, transactions and records all work together - being able to see the whole picture - how everything needs to work together to complete a project, or organize an office, or manage a group to improve a situation, a setting, or a project - attention to detail.

- Review all machines for assembly for 28MY and 29M CEP Cyclone programs.
- Review all machines for assembly for GEMBA and CAFM items.
- Collect shipping paperwork of Assembly and Test equipment and provide to PTME for PAR documentation.
- Support the development of all Quality documentation per launch readiness.
- Develop and manage open issues list for the responsible machines.
- Manage within master timing charts with corrective actions and recovery plans identified where needed.
- Review Workstation Readiness during each program milestone and work to close out open issue by coordinating trades and materials, creating AutoCAD layouts, drawings, and working on assembly aids and error proofing
- Support all Production Trial Runs and daily Whiteboard meetings during Rate of Climb.
- Work on cycle time reduction actions and process rebalancing as needed.
Compensation:

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

The Manufacturing Supervisor II is responsible for leading and directing a team of employees in the material fabrication value stream. + Review and understand daily key performance indicators to evaluate the current status and gap to plan, and use this data to drive daily problem solving (8 Step, 5 Why, Cause and Effect, Fishbone) where required
+ Ensure timely identification of quality issues through the use of the non-conforming materials process to ensure scrap and rework are properly processed
+ Serve as liaison to other groups, product lines and/or functional areas to ensure products are built, assembled, and/or tested within appropriate parameters

+ Make staffing decisions in accordance with human resource procedures to build and grow the team to meet the needs of the business
