Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $18.50-$9.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will assemble Ford truck seats on a nonstop moving assembly line in a climate-controlled environment, performing role rotation every 2 hours, using torque drivers, and completing manual tasks at all three stations.

**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
**Minimum Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline **OR** equivalent hands-on experience in technical/manufacturing capabilities.
+ 7+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment and process development.
+ Proven success in managing capital equipment projects, including supplier selection, installation, and qualification; including the ability to meet deadlines and budgets for construction and equipment projects.
+ Communication and leadership skills to engage with a variety of teams, from shop floor operators to senior management.
+ Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles.
**Preferred Skills** :
+ Six Sigma certification and Lean process improvement expertise.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling tools, and AutoCAD.
+ Prior involvement in NPI programs.
+ Experience with Collaborative Robots and AI systems is a plus

Join the Nexus Horizontal Axis Washer Team as a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (Sr AME) and take the lead in delivering state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and equipment for our new product introductions (NPI). **What You'll Bring to Our Team**
**Requirements:**
+ BS degree in Engineering or related field
+ 5+ years hands on experience in manufacturing equipment and processes
+ 3+ years' experience managing capital equipment procurement projects, including specification development, equipment supplier selection, technical reviews, installation and qualification of equipment
+ Solid background in assembly, automation, and packaging equipment
+ Proven track record of success in NPI environments and Lean manufacturing initiatives
+ Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working with both engineers and shop-floor teams
+ Passion for innovation, ownership of outcomes, and commitment to safety and quality
+ Proficient with GD&T, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools
**Preferred:**
