The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Were seeking a manufacturing assembly technician to report directly to ADMETs EVP. In this role, youll lead the charge on building our testing machines and preparing them for shipment to customers. The ideal candidates should possess a solid mix of both mechanical and electrical aptitude, along with a personality that allows flexibility in managing a variety of different tasks in a fast-paced factory environment. You should have the ability to wear various hats and be versatile in daily tasks, and frequently work with various teams.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform both mechanical and electrical portions of assembly of ADMETs materials testing machines and controllers
- Read, interpret, and follow engineering schematics, drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate builds
- Train on and use standard shop tools and machinery to ensure that all components and subassemblies are built correctly
- Wire electrical panels to meet electrical schematics and integrate to mechanical components
- Assist in the development and documentation of assembly procedures for new testing machine designs
- Tightly follow all safety and quality policies communicated by ADMET at all times
- Prepare testing machines for shipment to ADMETs customers, sometimes building wooden crates for shipment
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Degree from a vocational/technical school, or military technician experience, focused on mechanical/electrical assembly
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow build instructions, engineering drawings, and documentation
- Ability to use computer and communicate well both in person and through email, chat, text or phone
- Sufficient physical fitness to support hands-on assembly activities (e.g., lifting 50 pounds or turning a wrench)
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
- 0 to 2 years of hands-on professional experience in electromechanical assembly technician role

- Responsible for Continuous Improvement of production factory capabilities by reducing and eliminating Non-Value Add operations through LEAN and Green Belt projects.
- Responsible for identifying and organizing cross-functional efforts in the resolution of product and production process issues.
- Mana ges the NCR process within the factory to accurately account for material rejects.
- Assures procedures used on the production floor are complaint to the work performed
- Provides direct hands-on work toward the accomplishment of department goals when necessary.

Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
This is a full-time temporary position with potential to convert to full-time employee.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to support production and order fulfillment operations. This role involves picking and packing parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving and storing materials, and ensuring proper shipment of customer orders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Pick parts for production orders and pull devices from finished goods inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory rotation, and document damaged shipments or quantity discrepancies.
- Receiving and Stocking: Receive deliveries, accurately count contents, enter data into the MRP system, and deliver parts to proper storage locations.
- Packing and Shipping: Pack customer orders to prevent damage during transit, prepare shipping documentation (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight), and ensure timely shipment.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist other departments as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle and manipulate small parts.
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, lift, and carry.
- Regularly lift and/or move materials as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic mathematics and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work independently and manage varying demands on time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the medical device or other regulated industries.
- Cleanroom experience.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment.

Job Description
Technical testing, of Teledyne FLIR FWS-I Weapon Sight camera and infra-red/I2/fusion camera related products in support of all phases of production.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform system level operational, optical, and environmental performance testing on a variety of challenging surveillance/defense cameras.
- Perform environmental testing of cameras using thermal chambers and vibration testing platforms.
- Test camera systems and critical sub-assembly components in accordance with manufacturing test specifications, (test instructions, test data sheets, test data programs, functional acceptance tests, optical alignment performance criteria and system discrepancy reporting).
- Interface with production team and technical support staff to maintain manufacturing quality and efficiency while actively participating in day-to-day manufacturing goals.
- Thoroughly document all required actions by adhering to test protocol.
- Inspect and verify all work as specified by manufacturing test quality standards.
- Perform daily 5S and lean manufacturing disciplines.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- High school diploma with 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing test experience is strongly preferred.
- Optical alignment and test experience desired.
- Aptitude for understanding and following detailed test instructions.
- Computer skills for accessing digital work instructions, data collection, reporting and communicating.
- Demonstrated ability to learn on the job, think logically, make informed decisions, and solve technical problems effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communication clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaboration, teamwork, and ability to contribute independently.
