Position Summary:

C.E. Precision Assemblies, a Trexon Company, is hiring for a Manufacturing Assembler at their Chandler, AZ location. The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling complex wire harnesses and mechanical components by interpreting drawings, using manual and automatic tools, and adhering to industry and in-house standards. This position requires hands-on work, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Use & Skill Development
  • Learn and apply assembly tools and techniques effectively.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Use hand and automatic crimp tools.
  • Install boots, markers, Expando, sleeving, and wrap-around markers.
  • Measure wire lengths using calipers, scales, and tape measures.
  • Operate heat guns with correct settings for shrink applications.
  • Perform soldering using traditional and resistive soldering tools.
  • Participate in ongoing on-the-job training to improve skills, accuracy, and efficiency.
Assembly Work
  • Build wire harnesses and mechanical assemblies according to print.
  • Crimp, strip, and handle various wires and components using hand tools.
  • Follow all drawing requirements, general and flag notes, travelers, and work instructions.
  • Comply with workmanship standards (IPC-620, J-STD-001, TE.04-03-training provided if needed).
  • Document work accurately and completely in production travelers.
Qualifications

Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring instruments

The position requires availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the addition of approximately one Saturday per month. Work Environment
This role is based in a fully automated production environment. You'll work primarily from a computer, analyzing data and driving improvements. The work environment is fast-paced and ever-changing. This company is always looking for efficiency gains and optimizations of their production operations. As such, this team will consistently be asked to identify and resolve "roadblocks" throughout the production process.
Due to the nature of the work, candidates should expect to work in a highly-regulated cleanroom environment. The facility is locked down with no personal cell phones or electronics allowed onsite. The company will provide a cell phone for all employees. Attire is Business Casual, with occasional need for a Bunny Suit and Closed-Toed Shoes during site visits.
Compensation
+ Candidates with a B.S. degree - Between $95,000 and $00,000 base salary per year
+ Candidates with a M.S. degree - Up to 120,000 base salary per year
+ Annual Bonus of 18% paid out twice per year (9% and 9% each time)
+ Relocation is not provided for this role
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is 95000.00 - 12000.00/yr.

**Manufacturing Technician**
Location: 100% onsite in Chandler, AZ
Contract Duration: Up to 18 months
Contract Type: W2 through Staffing Supplier
Hours: Evening (6:00pm - 6:00am Wed - Fri, Every other Saturday)
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Manufacturing Technicians operate complex equipment and analytical tools in a ESD environment. Multi-tasked responsibilities include non-standard processing and problem-solving, as well as actual processing of state-of-the-art device.
**Primary job duties** are to maximize output using constraint management techniques while sustaining process, equipment issues, training and cross training cluster members while building a self-sustaining cluster team.
**Requirements:**
-AS degree in a technical field.including mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering.
-Prefer at least 1 year of work experience in Semiconductor cleanroom.
-Basic Computer Systems competency: Computer Literacy, MS word, excel, PPT, Email.
-Min HS diploma with Military accepted in Lieu of AS degree.
**Skills:**
-Good problem-solving ability is a must.
-Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
-Candidate must be flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations and attention to detail is must.
-Must have good attendance, reliable.
