As a Temporary Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
+ Leading an hourly manufacturing team of 40+ operators on a rotating or fixed 3 and 4 crew shift schedules while managing plant manufacturing processes / closely monitoring KPIs
+ Driving plant safety with EHS and operator team to identify and problem solve escalated opportunities with focus on PSM covered processes.
+ Championing Lean Manufacturing through continuous improvement project identification and execution
+ Engaging with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure orders are produced according to product standards and on time for customer
+ Willingness to be on-call
+ Please note that this is a temporary position supporting our plant operations
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
+ High School diploma/GED or higher and five (5) years of manufacturing and/or engineering experience in a private, public, government or military environment

+ Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and two (2) years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or engineering environment in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and analysis to offer insightful analytical support for crucial business decisions through rigorous budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
This position reports to the Finance Manager and is part of the Manufacturing located in Indiana and will be based on-site at the Indianapolis facility in Indiana.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans, including monthly expense and capital forecasts, in close collaboration with Global functions, ensuring shared ownership and accountability for financial outcomes across the team.
- Drive timely and insightful reporting on inventory management performance, focusing on improving inventory turns and enhancing the accuracy of excess and obsolete (E&O) reconciliation processes.
- Support the integrity and accuracy of the standard cost build and facilitate necessary interim cost updates for both the site and the Automation Solutions Group.
- Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities, including detailed analysis and reconciliation of key accounts.
- Act as the dedicated Finance Leader during daily Gemba walks, providing immediate financial context and ensuring operational activities discussed are accurately reflected in financial reporting and analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- An MBA, CMA, or CPA certification is a significant advantage.
- Previous experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) report writing tools (e.g., BPC, Hyperion), Oracle ERP, and Oracle Business Intelligence is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles is highly desired, along with familiarity with Oracle manufacturing systems.
- Demonstrated excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills essential for effective cross-functional collaboration.
