Reporting to the Manager of Operations Program Engineering, the incumbent will assist the OBM team with monthly financial and budgetary planning.

Specific duties to include:

  • Assist in the generation of proposals, including basis of estimates, resource codes, rational estimates, bid codes, overhead, and labor rates.

  • Involvement with proposal kickoffs, BOE development, and pricing in conjunction with the OPM.

This planning position will interface with the OPMs and OBMs to provide comprehensive financial analysis to identify and assist in mitigating program risks.

  • Provide Weekly/Monthly Data and Analysis regarding Support for Tough Labor trending.

  • Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of management

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot, and Word)

Manufacturing Analyst Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field and 2 years of related business or manufacturing experience, or masters in a business-related field and 0 years of related business or manufacturing experience.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assembly of water faucet and pressure valve components using powered and manual hand tools, such as air screwdrivers, impact wrenches, and power drills
  • Visually inspect component parts for defects prior to assembly
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Identify parts required to complete assembly
  • Notify supervisor of part shortages
  • Light assembly of smaller products, subassembly of components, picking and packing parts, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must have basic math skills and computer skills
  • Good communication skills - English required
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to Lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Other physical demands of the job include, but are not limited to, bending, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking.

_Reporting to the Manager of Operations Program Engineering, the incumbent will assist the OBM team with monthly financial and budgetary planning._
**_Specific duties to include:_** _?_
+ _Assist in the generation of proposals, including basis of estimates, resource codes, rational estimates, bid codes, overhead, and labor rates._
+ _Involvement with proposal kickoffs, BOE development, and pricing in conjunction with the OPM._
+ _Work with the Proposal Core Team members to ensure adequate and compliant proposal submissions per customer requirements._
+ _Assist in the development of WSA's/WADR's, Comp EAC's, and single point adjustments with the OPMs and Program Finance._
+ _Candidates should have some knowledge of Earned Value and Earned Value concepts. Ensure timely and accurate monthly/weekly program earned value (EV) metrics. This planning position will interface with the OPMs and OBMs to provide comprehensive financial analysis to identify and assist in mitigating program risks._
+ _Provide Weekly/Monthly Data and Analysis regarding Support for Tough Labor trending._
+ _Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of management_
+ _Attention to detail and accuracy._
+ _Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot, and Word)_
**_Manufacturing Analyst Basic Qualifications:_**
+ _Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 2 years of related business or manufacturing experience, or master's in a business-related field and 0 years of related business or manufacturing experience._

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
