We trust that as a Quality Control Representative you will: (responsibilities)
- Perform jobsite inspections throughout division, organize and distribute to each jobsite
- Perform Monthly Jobsite safety Audits along with management. Organize, record and distribute to each jobsite
- Participate in new community startup meetings with trade partners going over safety expectations as well as quality expectations
- Be familiar with the Taylor Morrison/Darling Safety Programs and assist builders with the proper implantation of the safety program
- Perform quality inspections on homes, compile reports, and re-walk the home as scheduled.
- Perform monthly model quality walks and send to the Builder and Sales representative in each community
- Work with trade partners regarding trends in deficiencies and trade issues in both safety and quality
- Be proficient in data entry into the BuildPro Warranty and Inspection System
- Should the need arise for you to help in the warranty department, demonstrate the highest st level of knowledge and customer satisfaction as a contact for our customers when they have warranty issues
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Taylor Morrison Warranty Program and Homeowner Maintenance requirements
- Provide a high level of service to our customers and service representatives using guidelines established in Taylor Morrison's One-year Warranty Program
- Utilize Build-Pro to assist superintendents and sub-contractors with information retrieval
- Attend an OSHA 10-Hour Instruction Course

The Project Manager, Manufacturing - NPI is responsible for leading the introduction of new Sun Nuclear products into the manufacturing process. This includes planning, validation and manufacturing transfer of multiple NPI projects, ensuring that all manufacturing aspects are ready for product launch.
Job Summary:
Manage and direct day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of no less than 3 projects including but not limited to:
- Act as the core manufacturing leader for NPI programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Product Development, Quality and Operations.
- Manage the transfer of NPIs into manufacturing ensuring all required activities and deliverables, including manufacturing test, are complete for a successful and seamless transfer
- Create, monitor, and manage design transfer project plans, project risks/mitigations, and resourcing requirements.
- Work with R&D and Operations to provide input to enhance manufacturability and servicing of new products via DFx assessments.
- Work with operations to develop and manage the complete process planning, including process flow, PFMEA, equipment selection, tooling and validation.
- Work with engineering on BOM creation and management
- Work with procurement on supplier relationships, ordering prototypes and product COGs
- Create and manage NPI build plans for prototype build, Verification Build (RC Build), and validation build (first article).
- Lead problem solving teams consisting of both operations and R&D to manage the resolution of both technical and process post launch issues.
- Support operations and R&D on design transfer continuous improvement activities.
- May also support the product manager in the management of pre-launch activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Quality Engineering
- 5+ years experience in project management focusing on manufacturing
- Previous track record of organizing, and transferring to manufacturing small to medium size development projects
- Experience with a Phase Gate Design Process
- Experience in DfX
- Ability to influence engineering and operations professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities
- Work well within a team environment and across multiple functions

The satellite integration Manufacturing Engineer will have experience in space hardware integration and test, with particular focus on handling flight hardware or lifting and rigging systems.

A day in the life
The satellite integration Integration Engineer will spend the majority of their day on the shop floor leading their team through satellite to dispenser mating operations. They will work with other engineering teams, quality, and manufacturing teams to set up and maintain the satellite integration equipment. They will address root cause of failures and issues, and implement production control and optimization strategies. They will implement engineering best practices in a safe and repeatable manner, implement efficiency improvements and reduce non-conformances.
The satellite Integration Engineer will have experience in space hardware integration and test, with particular focus on handling flight hardware or lifting and rigging systems.

Requirements and Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and evaluating Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction projects, including: using the plan design against new build, span and drop replacements (if needed), risers, aerial installations, bonding and grounding of the strand (messenger), proper installation of any fiber-optic cable, splice cases and cabinets, splitters and XWDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing), underground installations (bores, vaults, and trenches) and MDU lockbox replacements.
- Perform quality checks on work completed.
- Perform quality checks on ongoing projects. Answer questions the contractors may have regarding design prints. Ensure OSHA standards are followed in the field (PPE). Ensure MOT is followed during field work.
- Responsible for verifying footage, path depth, easement adherence, sequential, and proper splicing practices are followed.
- Ensuring proper equipment and materials are used during construction.
- Meet with city/county/DOT inspectors in the field.
- Submit QC inspection forms in a timely manner.
- Meet with disgruntled homeowners to answer their questions or correct their complaints.
- Explain the construction process.
- Ensure property restoration is completed to standard.
- Meet with utility locators in the field and other utility representatives to address damages.
- Notify management of damages or incidents.
- Record any discrepancies between field and design prints.
- Clear understanding of fiber design, splicing matrix sheets and documentation requirements and ability to communicate that understanding.
- Ensure system compliance to NCTA, FCC regulations and Tillman FiberCo minimum operating specifications.
- Liaise with other departments as necessary to maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of new technology being deployed.
- Ensure constant compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Preform Pre-Construction Ride out to ensure proposed project can be constructed as designed. To include Cabinet locations, Tree Trimming, Aerial Pole Line verification, Bore Rig placement and any other hazards that could potentially Roadblock Construction.
- Perform construction inspections for quality control in accordance with Tillman FiberCo's Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) standards.
- Maintain accurate records (As Built) as project progresses through the construction phase.
- Verify that property restoral is consistent with Tillmans FiberCo's standard practice.
- Operate test equipment as needed to verify optical levels are set as designed.
- Document (in still image and/or video) that aerial construction, underground vaults, and cabinets have been built and installed as specified by customer.
- Prepare work orders to resolve any element in the plant that does not meet specifications.
- Communicate with Project Manager or designated Supervisor regarding concerns about construction progress.
- Ability to work weekends or a second shift as the business needs dictate.
- Perform emergency locates as necessary.
- Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable such as Traffic Control.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
