Our Team
Spinning : This team is monitoring the spinning process to ensure it runs efficiently and safely, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime, and conducting quality checks to ensure the fibers meet specifications. This team works a 12-hour rotating schedule commonly known as the Dupont Schedule. The schedule is designed to allow for 24/7 operations, while also providing employees with longer off days and a more predictable work pattern.
Finishing : These machine operators manage the finishing equipment (Drawing Machines, Balers, and Cutters) and possess the ability to continually develop the capability and knowledge of the associated processes in support of Finishing and Site operations. This team works a Mon - Fri rotating 8-hour shift (12a-8a, 8a-4p, 4p-12a).

What You Will Do
- Read and properly apply procedures and perform quality checks on machines and other equipment.
- Safely operate manufacturing equipment primarily in the production area.
- Identify and segregate products according to quality standards
- Data entry into multiple computer systems
- Take corrective actions per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Perform general and detailed housekeeping
- Work with minimal supervisory guidance and function in a team environment to accomplish area goals
- Perform job-related tasks in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Think critically and resolve problems
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to change well, and be resourceful in problem-solving on a routine basis
- Use Mechanical Aptitude for maintenance work
- Help transform areas with Ownership-Based Work Systems.
- Above all, we will be expected to carry out all activities with integrity, compliance, and in a safe and efficient manner.

- Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, industrial, non-temperature- controlled, high-volume environment.
This role is part of the collective bargaining agreement and the starting pay range for this role is $22.00 - 23.00 per hour.
This role is subject to a pre-hire medical test.

SUMMARY
This role provides day-to-day support for plant systems, focusing on inventory control, warehouse management, product labeling, and other manufacturing-related systems critical to plant operations and supply chain management. The position involves managing call documentation, resolving problems, and providing specialized user support, ensuring thorough documentation for future reference and follow-up. Responsibilities also include testing software and hardware, managing change control, and minimizing the impact of system changes on supply chain infrastructure. Additionally, this role assists the Applications, Infrastructure, and Telecommunications Support teams in change/version management and problem resolution while enforcing corporate policies, procedures, and best practices related to Manufacturing Systems. Knowledge of SAP systems is required to ensure integration and seamless operations across business functions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following responsibilities must be carried out with or without reasonable accommodation to achieve the essential purpose of this role:
+ Provide multi-shift support for information and manufacturing system operations, including computer and network operations, troubleshooting, data control/security, documentation, software version control, change control, backup/recovery, and system performance.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in supporting all supply chain applications, process control systems, scaling/labeling, desktop computing, network management, and SAP-related functions.
+ Understand hardware, software, and applications from a user's perspective to ensure efficient problem resolution. Monitor system performance, conduct system checks, and enforce established system usage procedures. Ensure compliance with corporate manufacturing system administration, LAN administration, change management, asset management, technical standards, policies, procedures, and best practices. Perform audits and report on facility non-compliance, providing remediation plans as needed.

+ Assist with the implementation of hardware/software/application changes and updates, ensuring users maintain system integrity, security, and recoverability. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Required:
+ Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Technology, or Business Management, plus 2 years of relevant work experience; OR
+ In the absence of an Associate's degree, a total of 6 years of equivalent experience.
+ Experience or education in microprocessor-based equipment, Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Voice/Data, Network Administration (Microsoft), Database Administration, Unix or Linux operating systems, and SAP system knowledge.
+ Availability for adjusted work hours to accommodate support needs, including on-call availability for non-scheduled work hours.
Preferred:

**Summary**
The Manufacturing IT Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading and enhancing the Information Technology computing / automation within our manufacturing facilities. This role is accountable for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our manufacturing systems and **implementing modern technologies to optimize production processes.**
The salary range for this position is $209,000 - $313,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
