Manufacturing Engineer
+ Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards (including work instructions, control plans, PFMEA, etc.).

Who You Are:

A professional who is dedicated, reliable, and committed to producing high-quality work. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive and efficient team environment, demonstrate a strong focus on meeting production standards, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The successful candidate must be able to work 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently assemble products according to specifications.
  • Identify defects and address them following established quality procedures.
  • Review and interpret diagrams, drawings, specifications, and instructions to accurately assemble components into finished products.
  • Perform tasks in compliance with quality standards and safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Take precise measurements to ensure component accuracy and report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts promptly.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
  • Basic understanding of assembly processes and production workflows.
  • Proficient in using tools and instruments relevant to the manufacturing process.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Capable of lifting to 50 lbs. and moving heavy objects.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing and/or construction environment with knowledge of manufacturing materials, tools, and machinery.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, including 6S, Kaizen teams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and standardized work practices.
  • Some computer knowledge
