As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for executing manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and SOPs with a focus on safety and precision. **Responsibilities**
+ Prepare for and execute manufacturing batch records and SOPs with minimal guidance.
+ Ensure safety and compliance with cGMP requirements in all activities.
+ Complete preventative maintenance and work notification tasks timely.
+ Test equipment and troubleshoot process and analytical equipment.
+ Draft, review, and revise necessary documents.
+ Perform in-process analytical testing as needed.
+ Maintain raw materials inventory using systems such as Kanban.
+ Keep training records up to date and participate in safety inspections.
+ Engage in shift exchanges, 1-1 meetings, and lean activities as necessary.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in a manufacturing or GMP environment.
+ Strong math skills, including rounding decimals and unit conversions.
+ For Tech I: Approximately 1 year of cGMP experience or an associate degree.

**Work Environment**
Most roles are based in a clean room called CORE, requiring gowning procedures that prohibit beards, fake eyelashes or nails, and nail polish. The noise level can range from moderate to high, and the use of headphones is not permitted. Work hours are from 6 AM to 6:30 PM, following a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off).

**Job Description**
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Technicians. As a BAM Tech I or Tech II, you will be responsible for preparing and executing manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and SOPs with a strong focus on safety and accuracy. You will work with minimal guidance, ensuring all activities meet cGMP requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and execute manufacturing batch records and work instructions with a focus on safety and accuracy.
+ Weigh, transfer, and mix chemicals, documenting all activities to meet cGMP requirements.
+ Maintain cGMP compliance in assigned work and follow all safety procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
+ Complete preventative maintenance and work notification tasks on time.
+ Test equipment and perform routine troubleshooting of process and analytical equipment.
+ Draft, review, and revise documents as necessary.
+ Run in-process analytical testing as required.
+ Maintain raw materials inventory using systems like Kanban.
+ Keep training records up to date.
+ Participate in safety inspections, improvement projects, and other required activities.
+ Engage in shift exchanges, one-on-one meetings, and attend meetings as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school degree required.
+ 6 months -3 years of cGMP experience or an associate's degree
+ Experience in manufacturing and/or GMP environment is required.
+ Strong math skills, including rounding decimals, multiplying decimals, and unit conversions.
