Job Description
The Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for enhancing productivity by analyzing and improving production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement advanced manufacturing methods, manage change processes, and support Design for Manufacturing and Assembly projects.
Responsibilities
+ Evaluate and maintain safety in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ergonomic standards.
+ Ensure process improvements meet quality standards and enhance product quality.
+ Design and produce jigs and fixtures to achieve critical quality dimensions.
+ Implement corrective actions for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPIs.
+ Lead cross-functional teams, motivate and develop team members.
+ Implement plans to reduce labor hours and costs using Lean principles.
+ Utilize problem-solving techniques like Six Sigma, A3's, 5 Why's, 8D's, and Fishbone diagrams.
+ Justify, specify, and procure equipment to meet cost reduction goals.
+ Expand robotic and automated areas with proper training for team members.
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans for large-scale projects.
+ Support tooling design and build for new product launches.
+ Develop routings for parts and maintain ERP, routings, and work instructions.
+ Ensure accurate capture of manufacturing costs with cost accounting.
+ Coordinate training, certification, and documentation of standard work.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
+ 8-10+ years of experience in engineering leadership.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
+ Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
+ Understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical processes.
+ Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Master's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Operations/Business Management.
+ SME Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMFGE).
+ Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
+ Microsoft Project planning or PMP certification.
+ Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
+ OSHA/Safety certifications.
+ Experience with Capex projects.
+ Automotive experience preferred.
Work Environment
The position is based in a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety and efficiency are paramount. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $12000.00 - $15000.00/hr.

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional
communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Work closely with clients and internal teams to define and document project objectives,
deliverables, timelines, and budget.
* Create and manage pricing proposals, including developing bills of materials (BOM), and work
with the management team to ensure accurate project cost estimates and financial approvals.
* Develop, monitor, and adjust detailed project timelines to ensure all milestones are met and
deliverables are completed on schedule.
* Oversee the procurement process, including managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries,
and coordinating logistics to ensure timely arrival of materials and equipment.

* Coordinate and oversee functional acceptance testing of CEMS systems to ensure they meet
client specifications and regulatory requirements
- Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. - Knowledge of budgeting, pricing proposals, and cost management.
* Experience with project management software and tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of CEMS technologies, environmental regulations, and industry
standards.
Education and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with the industrial or environmental sector with a focus on (CEMS)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
