Position Summary:
The Bimbo Bakeries USA Manufacturing Internship opportunity affords students a remarkable experience to participate in fast-paced real world projects designed to further develop strategic project management, analytical problem solving, and managerial leadership skills. Mentors will be designated to guide student collaborations and project work in each area. Students will be exposed to a variety of functional areas such as engineering, operations, and production while earning college credits in various locations nationwide.
Provide guidance to resolve operations issues or implement projects. Incorporating manufacturing transformational objectives and processes to improve processes while incorporating safety and quality/sanitation standards in a continuous improvement environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction.
- Conduct process studies to discover opportunities for increased line effectiveness.
- Prepare statistical analysis of process capability to implement improved controls.

Job Description
As part of our Manufacturing Engineering Project team, the primary function of this position will be to drive the development and execution of corporate strategy and innovation capital projects for Keurig Dr Pepper manufacturing locations. This position will build and manage relationships of internal and external resources to effectively implement project initiatives that drive productivity results, optimize value, and promote growth. Knowledge of high-speed filling, packaging technologies are ideal areas of expertise. PMP Certified, lean methodologies, TPM, and knowledge of key standard work processes are also essential qualities.

Technical Services:
+ Collaborate and drive network and plant strategies for capacity growth, productivity, and innovation

**About the role**
As a Manufacturing Engineering Lead supporting Google's DCTS team, you'll assist in scaling and optimizing the production of physical infrastructure components used in data centers. You'll support process development, tooling coordination, and vendor engagement to ensure manufacturability and efficiency. Your role will include conducting feasibility reviews, supporting production builds, and helping validate quality and reliability standards. You'll work closely with design, supply chain, and operations teams to provide technical input and documentation in a supporting role.
**What you'll do**
+ **Process Development & Documentation:** Develop, document, and refine manufacturing processes and work instructions specifically for low-volume, complex product assemblies.
+ **Manufacturing Test Development:** Design assist, implement, and validate test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of complex assemblies throughout the production / manufacturing process.
+ **Quality Control & Risk Mitigation:** Proactively identify high-risk failure modes using PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assists in hiring and training of QA Technicians; schedules and manages overtime, adjusts schedules as needed to cover food safety and quality requirements in Lead’s or technician’s absences. Develops Leads and technicians through performance feedback, training and special projects.
