**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Provide overall management direction and supervision for the Construction Quality Control (CQC) system, including administrative and supervisory responsibilities for all program quality control systems.
+ Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan and Quality Management System to ensure compliance with client requirements, contract standards, and applicable regulations.
+ Maintains consistent on-site presence during construction to oversee quality procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications and professional architectural and engineering standards.
+ Plans, schedules, and executes audits, including reporting, resolving findings, and follow-up to ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
+ Documents and tracks internal and external corrective actions, ensuring root cause analysis and effective resolution.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management from an ABET-accredited university/ institution
+ Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in related quality management work. This experience shall include at least one project involving installing at least 10 MW of new power generation, for which the individual served as the CQC System Manager.
+ Current Army CQM Certificate required
+ Requires management ability and knowledge of Quality Management practices, processes, and current technology
+ Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments tactfully and professionally.
+ Strong leadership and management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills. Ability to make public presentations.
