- Assemble wire harnesses and small mechanical parts using hand tools and machines
- Read and follow detailed work instructions and diagrams
- Measure, cut, strip, and crimp wires

- Follow safety rules and quality standards

The Quality Control Inspector position reports to the QA Manager. Position Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector ensures the crate manufacturing processes and procedures are adhered to in order to meet the standards and requirements of the customer. The Quality Control Inspector may visually inspect or manually test products or processes before, during, or after the manufacturing process. They also record, monitor, and analyze data to pass on to the Operations, Sr. Management, and Quality teams.
Essential Functions:
- Must wear steel toe boots and other required personal protection equipment.

- Inspection of crates 50%
- Accepts or rejects completed work products by verifying the product or process meets the customer specifications and requirements through measurements and visual inspection.

**Quality Control Technician - $34.84/hour**
**Monday-Friday**
**5:45am-2:15pm**
**Job Purpose**
-To ensure the quality of finished goods.
-To ensure the accuracy testing methods
-Maintain the plant's quality control database
**Duties and Responsibilities**
-Perform initial and final quality control testing of manufactured product
-Provide feedback of initial testing to the A-Operator for production line adjustments
-Record testing results to quality control forms and databases
-Place non-conforming material on qualify control hold
-Release finished goods in SAP
-Maintain the quality control database
-Conduct additional CQV testing as required
-Operate a forklift as required
-Maintain the plant's equipment calibration control program
-Operate table saws, chop saws, calipers and a variety of other measuring devices
-Maintain the 5S posture of assigned area.
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Qualifications**
-High School Diploma
-Forklift certified
-Safety conscious mindset
-Basic maintenance skill
-Basic computer skills
**Working Conditions**
The working conditions include an indoor dusty non-air-conditioned industrial manufacturing
and warehouse environment. Subject to temperatures that range from 65 to 90 degrees in the
general working environment and hotter in certain areas of the plant. Occasional outdoor
activities in hot or adverse weather.
**Physical Requirements**
This position requires standing for the majority of the shift. Bending, reaching, twisting It also
requires occasional operation of a forklift. Must be able to lift up 50 pounds.

**Your Challenge**
+ Oversee all quality and EHS related functions (review, approve, and control) and supervise Quality staff, within a NADCAP QMS environment.
+ Complete monthly internal audits.
+ Develop/Approve Process and Inspection plans compliant with customer and industry specific requirements.
+ Review and evaluate contractual requirements in specifications and drawings.
+ Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures for all aspects of functional responsibility.
+ Host all customer and regulatory audits and ensure continued certification to AS9100 and NADCAP Chemical Processing.
+ Review, evaluate, and answer customer correspondence.
+ Maintain training requirements and records for site.
+ Perform Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action for discrepant product.
+ Identify potential project quality issues.
+ Collaborate with the management team to drive the business needs and align with corporate goals and objectives.
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
+ AS9100, NADCAP, experience is required (internal and external audits)
+ Must be able to manage and develop the QMS system
+ Must be able to effectively manage a team of 3 + delegate and collaborate with the management team
+ Must be a US Citizen
Preferred
+ 3-5years of chemical processing experience
+ Experience with Nadcap accreditation process and auditing
+ Background in metal finishing or coating manufacturing environment
