**The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Counting and stacking finished product

+ Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
+ This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.

+ Responsible for development and support of manufacturing process plans in accordance with contract technical requirements.

Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities
+ Conduct product pulls of raw, in-process, and finished samples for testing as needed.

Responsibilities

Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOM's, work orders and / or run schedules.

Perform setup and change-over operations of assigned equipment including die change-overs and metal steel coil change-overs.

Ensure product specification and product quality by following established procedures, SOP's, maintaining of proper settings, and quality standards

Verify product specification and product quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces.

Adjust machine / equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.

Troubleshoot machinery, equipment, and product for reason(s) that product is out of quality or specification standards or if improper / inoperable machine / equipment operation.

Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance.

Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling doors sections and component materials as required by the job.

Perform operator preventative maintenance per the equipment / machinery schedule.Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply ,divide and convert fractions in all units of measure.
  • Ability to effectively use measuring tools.

Education
  • Preferred High School Diploma or GED.

Physical or Work Environment Requirements
  • Frequent bending, pulling / pushing, reaching, and lifting periodically up to 75 pounds.
  • Regularly lift up to 35 pounds.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply ,divide and convert fractions in all units of measure.
  • Ability to effectively use measuring tools.

Manages work order ready to schedule backlog into short, medium and long term scheduling buckets. Utilizes and adheres to work scheduling work stream in the Work Management Process. Utilizes metrics/data to evaluate and improve work processes Confers with Inner plant supervisors to schedule work within or between departments Generate reports and track metrics from CMMS for Scheduling compliance Schedules as required Maintenance projects that are not capital funded Updates Work Scheduling practices from Job Close out feedback Maintains high quality work order documentation and records in CMMS. Performs additional duties as assigned. Supports operations as needed. CDM Smith is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage multiple small to large consulting, environmental compliance, design, and design-build Chemical and manufacturing facilities projects for multiple major clients in the domestic United States. This position is part of our Industrial Division, which serves Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage. Metals & Mining, Utility, Manufacturing and other industrial clients. As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM's mission by:
- Managing multiple large complex engineering projects concurrently within the Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Downstream Oil and Gas sectors from early concept development through detailed design and construction
- Serving as a mentor and leader of multi-discipline project teams
- Performing technical problem solving
- Leading and managing multi-discipline teams
- Performing guidance and review at the project level while assuring discipline and quality standards are adhered to
- Leading proposal teams and developing project approaches that lead to project wins
- Applying experience and innovation to solve problems of high complexity in area of expertise

**Minimum Qualifications:**
Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of related experience. PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list). Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience managing facilities infrastructure and/or environmental projects for chemicals or manufacturing clients
- Proven experience managing preparation of engineering design packages for construction
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budgets
- Exemplary skills in communicating project findings to technical and nontechnical audiences
