Audacy is seeking an organized, creative, detail-oriented, and outgoing professional to support our Promotions + Experiences team in promotions, contesting, and prize fulfillment in the Las Vegas market.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
- Work closely with the Programming Department to ensure station positioning/branding is reflected in all marketing, imaging, promotions, and digital media.
- Collaborate with Sales and Programming Departments on promotion ideation for client and brand initiatives to increase revenue and ratings.
- Act as liaison between Programming and Sales to manage client expectations.
- Attend sales meetings, client meetings, and station meetings as needed.
- Assist with the sales promotion process from request to execution, including on-air promotions, events, contests, and communication with departments, sales teams, and clients.
- Manage the execution of all local promotion and event contracts with support from Legal.
- Work with city, local, and community groups to promote station imaging in community outreach.
- Handle all Audacy Event Marketing needs in Las Vegas.
- Draft press releases and coordinate publicity with Corporate PR/Communications oversight.
- Manage event and promotion budgets.
- Ensure contest and promotion compliance, including posting contest rules, maintaining files, and managing promotional agreements within company policy.
- Assist with recaps for corporate promotional initiatives as needed.
- Assist with contesting, social media copy, and graphic design for stations as needed.
- Manage prizing and winner fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Programming, and third-party partners on prize and promotion details.
- Assist with listener relations, such as responding to emails, phone calls, following up with winners, and processing paperwork.
- Manage part-time Promotions staff and maintain station vehicles and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by SVP/Market Manager Audacy Las Vegas.

The Vice President, Far East Marketing is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with targeted gaming and non-gaming resort patrons to generate incremental revenues. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:
- Bring high net individuals who contribute to both gaming and non-gaming revenue.
- Greet patrons upon arrival and departure and maintain contact with hosted patrons during their visit.
- Educate and assist resort patrons on all gaming and non-gaming offerings throughout the resort.
- Exhibit strong telemarketing skills to fill events and drive profitable resort revenue.
- Manage guest complaints and discrepancies efficiently and courteously.
- Interact with players in person, via telephone, email, text message, and written correspondence.
- Represent the property as a role model of customer service and professionalism.
- Assist convention sales and hotel operations in registering and checking patrons in.
- Provide feedback and information to team and property leadership regarding guest suggestions, concerns, or issues.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for the Resort Relationship Marketing program.
