Required Qualifications : 3+ years of B2C marketing experience Hands-on experience with marketing automation and personalization technology solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc Demonstrated success in planning, executing and measuring consumer marketing campaigns Proven ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization to gain alignment and execute agreed upon objectives Preferred Qualifications : Experience planning and developing consumer acquisition and customer lifecycle marketing programs Experience collaborating within a complicated, matrixed organization Demonstrated proficiency in building and managing personalized marketing journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
