Summary :
Serve as a materials resource in all phases of the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities/ Principal Duties:
- Receive and inventory all incoming shipments.
- Verify & document all parts; enter into MRP system.
- Stock all incoming materials in their proper locations.
- Prep components to customer specifications.
- Perform scheduled cycle counts and inventories of material.
- Package final assembled product for shipment.
- Pre-Kit parts for SMT scheduled assemblies.
- Load SMT feeders, as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Work is performed in a climate controlled manufacturing environment with frequent contact with others. Job requires prolonged sitting, standing and frequent bending, stooping and stretching. - Safely and efficiently operates forklift and other warehouse machinery
- Safely loads product onto different containers or trailers while ensuring product securement
- Performs a quality control verification by inspecting containers for damage
- Reviews and / or completes paperwork and labels for accuracy
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
- Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
